Now that I am well enough to have the procedure done, I came to Joanne on the recommendation of a good friend. I didn't want to pick some random salon off the internet for something relatively permanent. At our first meeting for my free consultation, I was immediately impressed. Joanne was extremely thorough, taking measurements and photos. She then drew a detailed stencil over my brows of what she recommended, so I could decide if I liked it or wanted to make any changes. I scheduled the actual procedure for the following week. Again, super impressed. She took more measurements and confirmed what we had discussed during the consultation before she began. After another stencil for my approval and guidelines for her, she applied a numbing cream. The procedure was a piece of cake. I never felt any pain during or afterwards and my brows look amazing! I have a follow up appointment in a month so she can check my healing progress and see if I need any touch up. So glad I came to Joanne. I could not be happier. Just a heads up, she does not take credit cards.

Vivian is trained and continues to keep up with her education. On my first visit she provided good information on her application techniques to either create a rounder eye versus a wider look. She asked probing questions to get a good idea as to what I wanted. She asked about my work out regime and makeup, explaining how heat and oil affects the lash adhesive. I told her my lash extensions would curl sideways. She explained why and vowed that kind of application would never happen at her studio. At the end of our first visit I left pleased with my new, very natural look. Three weeks later, I returned with most of my extensions still working for me. I've been with Vivian for all of 2025 now. I'm hooked. I am a loyal Vivian @ Lux Lashus fan! She gauges whether I want a quiet hour to snooze or to talk about life and love. Vivian is considerate and really does an amazing job at mirroring her client. I think that is a sign of a great professional. Her studio is always clean with relaxing music and a light scent. She is booked up most days for a reason. She really is THAT GOOD!

First off she chose great music to create a relaxing environment. Her bed was also very comfortable, one of the most comfortable I've laid down on for such treatments. In the beginning, she also talked through the steps she was doing and assured me the lash length and the way she would arrange them would be natural so I can get used to them. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire thing which is sometimes hard to do when so much is being done around the eyes. Second time I saw her to refill my lashes was even more relaxing, especially with her gentle hands. The volume was even more stunning! Overall I am very satisfied with Teri's work, her professionalism, thoroughness, and explanation of details. Highly recommend her and I'm looking forward to try her other beauty services!

He didn't believe me. It was by far the best compliment I've received on my lashes, and he noticed them within a few minutes! The process was simple and surprisingly quick. You lay on a reclined chair, and Jane puts a warm blanket on you. She cleans your lashes, sticks them to a pad, and puts the solution on. I recommend having a podcast or music set up beforehand because it happens pretty quickly. You slip on the earphones and 30 mins later the process is done. Afterwards, beautifully-curled eyelashes. I just got them done on Friday, so I'll update how long they last. But so far, so good. I waited 24 hours before washing my face and 48 hours before using any oils or creams. This might be my next addiction. I'd love to never have to use mascara or eyelash curlers again! Tip: I received $5 off the service for paying in cash.
