I've been coming to see Holly for the past 8yrs!! I've never had my lashes done by anyone who does nearly as a great of a job as Holly does. She nails it each time! I've gotten a 2D 15mm doll eye, cat eye and it's perfect every time! Her prices are amazing and her work stays on for a month and a half! I am sad to say I do not recommend this location. The woman was sweet and very nice but the quality of the false lashes are terrible. My eyes were so irritated afterwards (my normal eyelash lady never irritates my eyes) and the lashes started coming off after 2 days (even with proper aftercare.) read more

I miss you Holly! I have been going to Holly for over two years! She does great work, fast and clean! She just recently closed, to spend time with her family. I went to do my lashes somewhere else because Holly closed and I had to go back twice because the lashes just kept falling out and I didn't get what I wanted. Not what I expected. 2D = Natural set for $140. She was nice and booked me quick, but lost a star due to price for a natural set was not what I expected as 2D seemed more than what I got. Maybe okay for a newbie lash client but in addition to being super natural, some of the lashes were in my eyelid too if the line. I ended up going back to my go to lash person to fix. read more

Omg, I have been waiting for the pandemic to be over! So I can see Holly for my eyelash extension and sugar wax for my Brazilian. Holly is so amazing! I am hesitant to even write this review, because I don't want her to get super busy that she can no longer take my appointments. However, I'm going to take my chances and give her a shout-out for being the best lady lash in town! She deserves the 5-star review, because she's the only lash lady that I can trust with my eyelashes! Holly is great at her craft and is so professional, nice, and friendly! She is efficient and gets you out the door under 1-hour for a fill. I recommend making your next appointment at the end of your current appointment, because she can book up pretty quickly! If not, then you can contact her for appointments via text message and she typically responds within 10 minutes! Thanks Holly for a great experience each and every time! I often arrive at the appointment all stressed out from work and leave so relaxed at the end of my appointment. :) read more

Great price and service, but don't think I'll be back until she can improve on the application of extensions. Please see photo attachments. A lot of lashes were applied directly onto my eyelid. This seems to happen when I go with price rather than quality. She gave me a lot more volume that I asked for which worked out better for my wallet but you can clearly see where the lashes are on my top eyelid and not attached to my actual lashes. I know they will either stick to the other lashes, causing it to look clumpy and unnatural, or fall off in a few days. Update: After carefully removing some of the eyelashes that were stuck to my skin and reading a sincere response by the owner, I want to bump my review to a 3.5 for her effort in showing she will look to improve. read more

This is the 2nd time I've done lash extensions but the first was in Taiwan and I wished they would fall out quickly bc I hated them. Coming to holly was a completely different experience and I'm hoping these will last as long as possible! I was recommended by a coworker and was pretty nervous with the length and I wanted them to look as natural as possible. Holly was accommodating and patient as I tried to decide which ones would work best for me. The process only took an hour which is actually very quick. I almost fell asleep a few times bc she's very gentle and it doesn't actually feel like someone is poking at your eyes. I'm glad to have found a lash lady where I can routinely visit! It is on the pricier side, but if you're happy with the results I think it's worth it. read more

I set up a same day appointment and Holly was able to take in me in at my availability. I've been following her Yelp page for quite some time and rated 5 stars There are a lot of business who offers cheaper eyelash extensions that ranges from $60-$75, but due to their 1-3 bad reviews I'm not taking that risk. Holly knows her thing; she listens and asks your preferences (length, volume and curl). Her services are a little expensive. She charges $100 for Classic, $130 for 2d and $170 for 3d. She offers $5 discount for cash payments. 2wk fill for 65 and 3wk fill for $75. Her place is inside Ivy Nail Salon, room was clean and qMeter Parking can be a little tough but there's a complex about 2 blocks south bound that you can park on if you don't mind walking. I have had an amazing experience with Holly. After having my lashes done consistently for 5-6 years, I have always been searching for an affordable "go-to" lash bar since moving to San Francisco, one that offers a high quality lash at a reasonable price. Holly was recommended to me by a friend, and gave me a full consultation explaining to me there are three types of lash: natural, 2D and 3D and she even let me see the differences between each lash by demonstrating the difference in thickness. As I prefer a more "full" look, Holly and I chose the 2D which looked amazing. As I have been getting my lashes done for 5-6 years, Holly was the first lash service who gave me two amazing pieces of advice to look after my natural lashes: 1. To take biotin supplements and 2. To use a lash serum to help my natural lashes grow longer and stronger. Both pieces of advice have helped my natural lashes bounce back, become longer and stronger and enable me to safely continue using false lashes. I must reiterate, no other lash service had ever given me this advice. I thank Holly for showing care for her customers and the health of their lashes. Finally, in the last year I have become very sensitive to harsh chemicals used in all lash glues. Every lash bar I have gone to use chemical clues and this has damaged my eyelashes and caused swelling. Holly was the first and only lash service to specially order chemical free and sensitive glue which has made all swelling go away. She was kind enough to listen to my concerns with chemicals and went out of her way to do research and buy a chemical free glue that works. Again, Holly cares for the health of her customer's lashes. Please also note, Holly is an independent businesswoman who has to run her business whilst doing lashes on her customers. She answers texts and calls almost immediately when I have contacted her. Because of that, she may text during your treatment but that is not something that ever bothered me as I fully understand she is running a business and it only takes her away for seconds from my appointment. I respect that about her and it's why she is so prompt to respond to all her customers. I wouldn't change that for anything. Thank you, Holly, for being my "go to" lash lady. read more

This review is Long over due for holy . I have been going to her since May of 2019 consistently every 4 weeks and not once have I had to address something I didn't like about my lashes or needed changed to the service I was receiving. I get the volume set from holy photos shown below. I've gone to other lash technicians and I've had lashes come off that day or couple days after Application because the lash technician didn't takee their Time to explain and educate me on how to properly care for my own eyelash and my extensions . My first appointment with holy went smoothly she's very gentle when applying and her station is very much so clean . After application she gave me a hand mirror and ask if everything was fine and if I wanted any changes . I didn't and I was very happy wIth the finished results . She gave me a eyelash brush to maintain my eyelash and a list on how to care for my lashes and extensions in between appointments and what to expect .. ect . Which I was so hAppy about and had never gotten at other places ! I asked questions on the list and she was happy to explain And educate me and I scheduled my next appointment and our relationship started there!! she isn't only professional and has her station very organized and cleaned she also takes into consideration What the clients like and their preferences. She knows I'm a stay at home mom and I've expressed to her in conversations that I like going to her because it's my time to relax and have ME time . From that day forward she makes sure the place is quite with white noise music and essential oils. I pass out laying in her chair in less then 10 min ! I'm amazed on that part because I suffer from insomnia and can never take naps . So this just goes to show you how gentle holy is during application and the care she has for her clients . If you're considering on going to holy I would recommend her 10/10 . And you won't regret your eyelashes being amazingly beautiful and the experience she gives you . Holly is amazing! I'd been searching for an affordable lash studio for the longest time. SF/ Bay Area lash extensions are SO expensive compared to the LA prices. I actually got a full set from another lash stylist, but contacted Holly when I needed a fill. She charged me $100 for 3D 3 week fill, but she deducts $5 if you pay by cash or Venmo. I went back to her for a 2 week fill for $80. She runs her business out of a room in the back of the Ivy Nail Salon. It's not super fancy, but it's clean with fresh paper on the comfy massage table. You can hear the tv and nail customers talking, but I don't mind since the prices are good. I usually park across the street at metered parking. I think the meters are $.25/15 mins, so a $1 for an hr of parking. Not bad! Holly is very easy to get an appointment with via text. She also is super helpful in giving advice on how to keep your lash extensions looking good as long as possible. I have sparse wimpy Asian lashes & she told me to start taking the Costco hair & nails vitamins to strengthen my lashes as well as to avoid dabbing the lashes with a towel after showering. In the past, at the 2 week point my lashes would look crazy with them pointing in all directions. Holly understands the amount of weight my natural lash can hold & uses gorgeous synthetic 3D to keep them looking good even when a lot of them have fallen out. I highly recommend Holly! read more

First experience with lash extensions. I though it might bug my eyes but they feel so natural. I am a long time strip lash wearer so this was a nice change up. I have my wedding on Sunday and it was such a nice look. I gotta get used to NOT rubbing my eyes but I can manage and will adjust, cleaning the lashes will be an experience but in time I'll get the hang of it! wonderful job and I am definitely going to go back. read more

I've had eyelash extensions done by several technicians over the years, all found through positive reviews on yelp. While I've never had a terrible experience, I've had some lashes that were harder to manage than others, some that irritated my eyes, and some that just made my eyes look unsymmetrical. So when I found Holly, I stuck with her, returning for fills religiously every three weeks. She was a popular eyelash technician working for a very popular salon in the City at the time. Eventually, life changed, and I decided to go natural for while, with a boost from Latisse, of course. I returned over a year later, and Holly welcomed me warmly. She remembered me and my preferences, and made recommendations based on what was new on the market in terms of eyelash material. My preference before had been mink, but, as Holly mentioned, the problem with mink is that it loses its curl after a while. But silk seemed too fine, and synthetic felt wiry and unnatural. Apparently, I had been out of the loop for a while, because according to Holly, there are now synthetic lashes that feel light and natural, and unlike mink, holds a curl. While I was skeptical, I trusted Holly and tried this new and improved synthetic lash. It was perfect... full, nearly weightless, natural to the touch, and held its curl. Even with multiple strands bound on a single lash, it felt like nothing, and I would occasionally forget I had them on, and plop face down on my pillow. After a while, Holly moved on to her own location, conveniently closer to my own. Her prices came down, and I am able to get in touch with her via text on a whim for a fill. She always manages to squeeze me in within a few days. I've chatted a lot with her over the years, but I've also taken a lot of good, restful naps under her skilled hands. She is the secret I never wanted to divulge, but she deserves the props. read more

Love the work Holly does. She always caters to your needs and is willing to fix any concern you may have with your lashes. Also her pricing is very reasonable and not too expensive. I actually went to someone else, since my work moved offices, but I didn't have a great experience as I did with Holly so I went back to her and will never go anywhere else. Trust me she's good at what she does. As for appointments, she's very flexible as long as you book about 2 weeks in advance. Love this little place! My experience was super relaxing and quicker than I expected! When it came to making an appointment, I made it a couple days before and Holly was super welcoming and accommodating!! She's located in a nail salon and has a small room in the back. She was super gentle doing everything. My lashes feel as if they are my natural ones and are not irritated whatsoever. Holly also gave me a free touch up just to fill in some spots I discovered later on. Overall I had a really positive time. To be honest I never write reviews, in fact this is the first review I'm writing and I'm so excited to say that Holly is the best! I've tried a couple other lash techs and by far Holly has them beat. Holly not only does the best lashes I've ever seen but she's so accommodating with my crazy schedule and always manages to squeeze me In last minute. If you're even thinking of trying lashes you must go to Holly, they seem to last longer than other places I've been to. I can honestly say that I'm completely loyal and will not be going to see anyone other than Holly for my lashes. It's defiantly worth the price and I would not recommend anyone but HOLLY! Holly is a perfectionist and I only trust her with my lashes! She is my permanent go-to for lashes extensions. I always get the 2D and get so many compliments from other people! Everytime Holly finished with me, I have the most fluttery, customized lashes that line my lids in the most gorgeous way. I'm always surprised at how natural they looked even with just bit of added thickness. If you take good care to brush your lashes daily and not get them wet, my lashes would let up to four weeks sometimes! I definitely highly recommend giving Holly a try. I got my lashes done in early March and still have some left. They looked beautiful when I got them down (2D), but obviously couldn't get them filled due to COVID. They have still lasted well, with a few still intact, and Holly did a really good job of listening to what I had in mind. read more

This place is HELLA good for lashes! Holly is really accommodating and your lashes always look natural no matter how long you get them. I've gone twice so far and I always get 2d, length 14 or 15 for long but wispy lashes, similar to if I had Ardell wispies. Her new location is in a funky place, so go all the way to the door on the right. If the door isn't open just call Holly. Bring cash or Venmo ! read more

Made a lash appointment here cause my other lady was out of town and still had to wait 30 minutes. The lash lady was nice she didn't talk much but was very organized and had lots of different lash grades/thicknesses. She even fanned them dry and I love when they do that! I do wish I had gotten them a tad thicker but I got the lighter 3D lashes to be safe in Cabo and I couldn't feel them at all!!! Got lots of compliments but it was more expensive than my usual lady might come back if I need to again. read more

I've only used her waxing services and I always come out clean and no problems directly after or later in the night (I know since I've been to other waxers until I found Lisa. I've never gone to another one since) Good parking around the block so parking isn't an issue, just make sure to look at street cleaning signs lol. The place is calm and clean and always welcoming. She's got music in the waiting area and always relaxing or throwback music which I appreciate! There's a bathroom in the waiting area you can use. Definitely ask her questions if you have any. She's got great tips on skin upkeep between waxes and more! I've never had one bad experience from her so that is awesome! I know she does hard and soft wax so that's a plus! Since certain areas you need certain wax textures. I religiously go to her monthly unless I'm out of town. Not much traffic so you don't need to worry about speeding cars.
