Every time I had to go back the next day or 2 to get them removed. My friends say nowadays there's better options, technique and sensitive glue available. I found sumi and saw their new client promo price ($55 for a regular full set) and decided to try them since it would be a low price risk in case I have a reaction. There was some confusion over the new promo price with the first girl telling me after my first set it would be $95, then my tech telling me that for what I wanted today it would be $95. She was able to explain and clarify the promo so today's set was $65 because the 2 tip hairs was +$10. Great. I knew I wanted a very natural, light feel with adding just a bit of volume as my lash line is light and cannot hold much (also having sensitivity). I learned from experience. My tech showed me the lengths and it was go time. I knew how simple of a style and shape I wanted based on how I wear my strip lashes. The best part of my experience is that she only took about 35 minutes to apply my extensions, that's what I'm talking about! I know my set is not as dramatic or voluminous but it came out really great and so far they feel comfortable. I really hope they last and don't give me problems the next days ahead. Regular (signature sumi) full set: 2 tips, natural C curve, 9-11 mm, cute style I hope they do well so I can come back for a fill in the next few weeks. What would be nice, especially for those who are on the table for 1 hour(s)+ are either rolled blanket or towels /pillows for under the knees while laying down. It helps with comfort.

I've actually been getting my lashes done for years and decided to give this place a chance since ,at my usual location, my tech was out. Keep in mind this was for my bday trip. The atmosphere was inviting and the tech was very nice, hence the one star.Usual when I get my lashes done my tech lets me see one eye first to make sure they are right to continue to the other eye, but this wasn't the case. When she was done I was extremely disappointed because it looked like nothing was done. I paid because she had another client so I left and at first figured I may fix it. Needless to say I was so upset that I texted and said I had to have this fix this. I came back and she did add more lashes but it was then I realized she must have been a student practicing on me because they immediately started falling out and the glue was hard and scratching me. I had the service and my lashes looked decent, but this was my first time ever getting this kind of service done and I explained that to her. We did discuss going over getting a classic look vs. A fuller "hybrid" look which i did book because I purchased a groupon so I choose the more expensive service so I could make sure I got what I really wanted since I did not know what to expect for again my first time. The only thing discussed once we talked about how I wanted my lashes to look what what size she would be putting on my lashes. So I guess next time I will need to do my own research before doing something like that again because I did not know that "hybrid" meant putting on cluster lashes which i would not have chosen because they tend to irritate my eye and I can never keep them on longer then 1 day. So for the last few days after getting them put on I have waited to see if the irritation would go away and it did not so I reached out to this person to talk about it and she pretty much went off on me through text,instead of being concerned with how or what I am feeling and the only option or resolution she gave me was to co e in and pay MORE money to get them removed. So again ladies do your research!! Also again like I said they did look decent for my first experience but the experience really killed the vibe for me.
