Every time I had to go back the next day or 2 to get them removed. My friends say nowadays there's better options, technique and sensitive glue available. I found sumi and saw their new client promo price ($55 for a regular full set) and decided to try them since it would be a low price risk in case I have a reaction. There was some confusion over the new promo price with the first girl telling me after my first set it would be $95, then my tech telling me that for what I wanted today it would be $95. She was able to explain and clarify the promo so today's set was $65 because the 2 tip hairs was +$10. Great. I knew I wanted a very natural, light feel with adding just a bit of volume as my lash line is light and cannot hold much (also having sensitivity). I learned from experience. My tech showed me the lengths and it was go time. I knew how simple of a style and shape I wanted based on how I wear my strip lashes. The best part of my experience is that she only took about 35 minutes to apply my extensions, that's what I'm talking about! I know my set is not as dramatic or voluminous but it came out really great and so far they feel comfortable. I really hope they last and don't give me problems the next days ahead. Regular (signature sumi) full set: 2 tips, natural C curve, 9-11 mm, cute style I hope they do well so I can come back for a fill in the next few weeks. What would be nice, especially for those who are on the table for 1 hour(s)+ are either rolled blanket or towels /pillows for under the knees while laying down. It helps with comfort.

I was greeted with a smile and she directed me right to a chair and served me a mimosa! They serve other drinks as well. I asked for a pedicure and builder gel fill. Linda did so good with my pedicure. Loved the scrub and massage and Sophie did my fill and repaired my one broken cracked nail and my chipped nail. I thought I would need to get a tip to repair it but she did her magic with the hard gel and cured and shaped it without having to! She was able to tell me that I still had old acrylic underneath that wasn't drilled off before getting my new hard gel set. She explained why my nails were breaking and why they didn't feel as sturdy. She did a great job helping me out and starting me over from scratch. She was a little aggressive with the filing and I got a little cut on my pinky but overall she did amazing compared to what I had before. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be back! When I went in, the stylist never spoke to me. They didn't inform me about the process or tell me that it may sting, smell, or take an hour. This was the first time I had this done. Came out looking like I had day old mascara on and without having my bottom lashes tinted because my eyes were "tearing" up during the procedure. Would not recommend.
