I used to get my lashes done at those cheaper lash studios and the chain businesses.. Not only did those places ruin/strip my natural lashes, but they also did not look as good! I have been going to Linh consistently for the last 3 years and I haven't stopped because I never have to wear make up to look presentable. I get the volume sets so they're fluffy/wispy and look fabulous. My lashes are still healthy and every time the fake lashes fall off (which they do naturally), I don't lose any of my natural lashes with them. Linh tells you when your lashes need a break and gives recommendations on how to keep your lashes clean (to help with retention) and how to promote healthy natural lash growth. For me personally, my hair everywhere grows REALLY fast (which I think is something that the other lash places struggled with because I would have so much growth when I came back for fills). I honestly think it takes real talent to be able to give me full lashes after every fill.. which Linh is able to do. She works quickly and even adds her own personal touches to enhance my eyes.

I was also indecisive about which salon to choose. After reading many reviews, I went with Mesmerizing Lashes because of their great feedback and the impressive photos I saw online. Back in 2017, I kept up with my extensions for several months and loved how they looked! However, it became difficult to keep up with refills, and I found it stressful when my lashes would start to fall out, and my lashes had gaps and looked sparse. Fast-forward to 2024--I decided to get extensions again for a trip to Europe, and wow, I realized how much I missed them! They're honestly easier than mascara and saved me time getting ready in the morning. I love how they make me look more awake and put together. If I could have these lashes permanently, I'd probably spend a small fortune! This time, I'm planning to stay consistent with my fills and see how long I can keep them up. I've been going to Mia here for the past two months, and she does an amazing job with my classic lashes! The price is reasonable, and there's always parking, although the lot can feel a bit sketchy sometimes. Just park close to the entrance, and you'll be fine.

Secondly, I noticed that when I had my eyes partially opened for the bottom lashes, she was actually using a scissors to cut lash lengths instead of properly applying on different lengths. You can tell she was very inexperienced…read morebecause she kept pulling my eyelids, pushing my eyeballs in and when the session was done my eyes were extremely irritated and watery. Although she had a good intention she totally shouldn't be a licensed lash person. I went home to see if the irritation would get better with time and the next morning I woke up with extremely swollen eyes. I checked to see the placement of the eyelashes and they have placed them basically in my water line not allowing my eye to breath. Additionally she placed a set of eyelashes on 2/3 of my natural lashes. I have seen my natural eyelashes are starting to fall and also my eyes just feel at extreme pain. I reached out to management and requested for them to remove them and have someone else place them again or that I would like a refund for this terrible work and they do not want to assist. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. As a business owner myself I hate to add these type of reviews however this does not show loyalty to their customers. And I am not going to spend a ton of money going to a better salon to get these eyelashes removed and replaced.

Immediate win. I forgot how much this place feels like a spa. They have new leather reclining chairs now, which are a major upgrade from the flat beds, especially since you're there for about an hour with your eyes closed. Add the classical piano music with the bird sounds and I swear I drifted off. It was that relaxing. My lash tech was genuinely sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I'm a natural lash girl, but she still asked the right questions and really cared about getting it right. No complaints at all. Great service, relaxing vibe, and I walked out feeling ready for my birthday.
