The woman who helped me was very kind and friendly, which makes it hard to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary. She threaded my eyebrows in less than 30 seconds per brow--far too quickly for the precision this service requires. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked. My eyebrows were drastically over-thinned and noticeably uneven, with the right brow much thinner than the left. I was PANICKING! I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say they tried their best, but the rushed job made it clear that they weren't being careful. I strongly do not recommend this place and will not be returning. I'm giving two stars solely because of the staff's friendliness, but the quality of service is a firm one-star.

She really took her time despite almost closing. The appointment lasted about 45 mins. I was charged $55 (very affordable for the amount of hair she cut off, plus blow dry and straighten). I used to pay about $80 at Scissorhands for "just okay" haircuts... but as an Asian girly, I trust my Asian hairstylists. Plus it's very decent pricing. Nancy did my gel manicure and gel pedicure both French tips. She was super nice, took her time, and was very intent on making sure I was comfortable. For example, confirming water temperature for soaking my feet and being gentle with pressure when filing my nails.
