Best in the business. Joey and Lindsey are Woodland's finest. You can't go wrong with either. The…read moresalon is super stylish and clean. You feel like you stepped into an LA salon once inside. For years I had orange toned hair and highlights. I could never get the color I wanted. I'd ask for a specific cut, and get something completely different with a bunch of length taken off. Then Joey came into my life and changed all that. I receive constant compliments on my hair and lashes (both of which she maintains for me). She listens to what you want, is conservative when cutting so you don't get too much taken off, and best of all, extremely reasonably priced. This salon (and the ladies) are truly the best Woodland has to offer. You're missing out if you go anywhere else.

I was a little hesitant to have anything done around my eyes, but she explained what she was doing every step of the way and made me feel much more comfortable. And my lashes looked so beautiful afterward! They were nicely curled and natural looking- they lasted even longer than I expected and I will definitely be back for this service again! The other service was her facial and back treatment package (it was a special promotion for August). I LOVED it. My skin was positively glowing afterwards and just felt so clean. I can't wait for my next self care day! I will absolutely be going back to Alicia. ALSO! As an added bonus... she has a loyalty card! You save 30% once you get to your 6th visit!

I am always beyond happy with my brows and would never trust anyone else with them. I have recommended her to so many friends, and even my mom, who is a beautician and not easily impressed, loves my brows and recommends Shauna to her own clients when they ask about eyebrow microblading. Shauna is also the sweetest, and I always enjoy my time with her. I leave every appointment completely in love with my brows all over again. She is incredibly talented and such a lovely person. Highly recommend!

Local business are something I really appreciate, and am grateful for. I like to support my…read morecommunity by, for example, going to salons in Woodland. Sadly, Luxe gets 1 star (no stars, really) from me. Why? Because I have been trying to book an appointment with a stylist there for ten days! I've messaged online, left voice messages, called 2 stylists - nothing. My messages and calls are not returned. Is there a secret password? I'm very annoyed with the attitude of too many stylists in Woodland, and Luxe is typical of that lack of customer service. So it's off to Sacramento I go, to give my business to a salon and stylist who cares enough to promptly return my call. Eh, they do better work in Sac, anyway. So maybe it's not a loss, after all.

Upon relaying this to her today, I found out that each time I was rescheduling she was charging me a 50% cancellation fee (or at least I think that's what she held me to in the end). I was purchasing 5 hours at a time as I was going consistently and it saves you a few bucks per massage. Jackie keeps a written journal and I guess I just naively thought if she was going to charge me anything other than for services rendered that she would say something at that particular time, not wait until amicably parting ways and keeping hundreds of dollars & only refunding me $123 of my money. Its really disappointing because she really is talented and highly experienced, but this handling of us parting ways was handled very defensively and rather callously.
