She then began the microneedling, but only stamped the device 2-3 times on my cheeks and forehead before stopping and going back to cleaning. I was confused and asked if the treatment was already done, and she said yes. I also noticed that she didn't apply any numbing cream beforehand, which is usually a standard part of the procedure. On top of that, the treatment wasn't done evenly across my face--just a few quick stamps in limited areas. Overall, this did not feel like a proper microneedling session. I would not recommend this place for microneedling, as it seemed like a lack of proper technique and knowledge. It felt like a waste of money.

Office was comfortable and clean and Covid safe. Jennifer went over the procedure very thoroughly and signed one document. She began with a facial to cleanse my face and then started the procedure. It felt like electricity tingle at first but you use the very cold roller to sort of numb your face. There is no pain & complete procedure took about 20 minutes. My treatment left my skin feeling so clean and bright and sun spots seemed lighter. I have two more sessions which I will do two weeks apart and I'm very excited to see the overall results. The atmosphere was friendly and bright, although I like my spas to be a little bit darker and more serene. I was a bit nervous about the whole procedure but Kelly (I'm pretty sure that was her name!) was super nice and friendly! I was taken to a room where I had to seriously take off everything and wait for her all while being covered with two lil towels(eeek!). This being naked in front of a stranger thing is much easier after a long night of binge drinking... but I won't get started on that. Anyhow! She exfoliated my whole body with some sort of salt scrub, it really felt amazing. Afterwards I put my robe on and went into an other room where I jumped in a spaceship pod thing! She then put a seaweed mud wrap all over me and closed the pod. This thing was so rad.. it would vibrate and the temperature went up to 118 degrees! I stayed in there for 30 minutes. It was so relaxing I was very close to falling asleep a couple of times... but I was a lil worried that maybe I was actually fainting not sleeping because of the heat ha! Anyhow, this is an amazing way to detox after a week long drinking binge! I ended up sweating all the vodka away! I then took a quick shower to get all sparkly clean and this was followed with some body oil that she massaged on me. The whole experience was very different and fun! I want to try to come back again... this is a good way to shed that extra water weight some of us might be holding on to. I followed this up with hot yoga, what an amazing detoxifying routine!
