We booked a romantic couples massage day before Valentine's and it went smooth and relaxing. The couples room was clean and decorated with rose petals. Our 2 massage therapist was very attentive, they focused on problem areas while not neglecting other areas. I fell asleep a few times because it was that relaxing. We stayed the night at Hotel Winters and I treated myself to a grounding foot massage, which was wonderful! The staff at the spa were extremely welcoming and friendly, I felt comfortable immediately which was nice. The foot spa and zero gravity chair room has a completely zen vibe, beautiful copper foot sinks and a comfy banquette to sit on. The message itself was very relaxing and felt wonderful, I really enjoyed the before and after essential oil application, so relaxing and then invigorating. Before I left I was given a bath bomb as a parting gift which was lovely, I can't wait to come back for a massage or facial. read more

I very much enjoyed my services (Signature Body Massage and mini facial). I appreciated the professionalism of the staff, and would return back to try additional services. My Massage Therapist (Sam) took the time to ask me a little about myself and checked in with me during the massage. The room was calming and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would have enjoyed my facial even more if I had been seated in one of the zero gravity chairs further from the reception door. It was a little distracting with the overhead lights coming from the foot baths. I added the facial separate from my initial booking of the massage, which explained why my facial was done in the Zen Room. I was lucky in that no other chairs were being used, so the room was silent. I could see that the zen room might noisy if a large group was there receiving services as it's a big open space. Other than that, my day was perfect and I will be back. read more

Great therapist!! She was through and very skilled during my 30 minute focused massage. She did a great job with my big knots, strong deep techniques, heated stones and towels, as well as some quick stretches for my ski legs. Glad that the Winter Hotel had a $50 off promo but the communication between the hotel reservations and the spa was lacking, so make sure there is follow through in confirming an appointment. read more

Rose is awesome. She os a really skilled massage therapist and her demeanor is so calming and kind. and also the staff is helpful and friendly. And the atmosphere at Zen Spa in Wingers is incredibly relaxing. I just want to stay there for as long I can. They use a variety of essential oils that I really enjoyed. They have a club you can join to purchase the oils and I'm looking into that. And right now there is a weekday type of Valentine's special in Feb!! Call them up to get your spa appointment while the discount lasts! I'm going back in the next two weeks to get a facial, foot massage and full massage. Me and my boyfriend came here from Sacramento for facials and had SUCH an amazing experience! First of, the environment is incredibly peaceful. We were greeted and helped immediately by very kind staff. Sabrina was our esthetician. She has the touch of an angel! She was very gentle and also had no problem loosen up my neck and shoulders as I carry most of my stress here. She was very informative with the process which I really appreciated since this was my first time getting a facial done and filled me in on what I was going to expect. After the facial, I was taken into the zen room while my boyfriend got his facial done. They have these amazing Zero gravity chairs that are super comfy, calming music, and a nice aromatherapy which I thoroughly enjoyed. I felt completely submerged into this peaceful experience that ZenTerra offers and was saddened to leave. I recommend if you've never gotten a facial, or even if you have...COME HERE!
