This was my first lash lift and I was very nervous it would be a waste of money, but thankfully that was not the case! Every step of the way Tyffani was helpful, reassuring, and professional. She informed me that my lashes grow downwards, which explains a lot! She said if they didn't lift as she wanted she would give them more, which reassured me that she wouldn't let me leave disappointed or looking wacky! We did let it sit longer and I am so satisfied with the before and after. The follow up emails and care information is thourogh and makes me feel like they truly care. The studio was very cute and clean, and she assured me if I got too cold or wasn't comfortable to let her know as well. Background: have been coming to Lash Me Now for over a year. I have my eyelashes refreshed every 3 weeks and frequently change out my full set to try another style for fun. Tiffany worked with me for 6 months before moving to work with Joy since then Tiffany and Joy are INCREDIBLE. Ive never got professional lashes before the facility was very nice so was the girl who did my eyelashes. They looked okay but they came off in two days!! When I went to go back I had to reschedule my appointment and they said its a $40 charge to reschedule!!! Never did I go back! I went to my nail salon and my lady there actually does lashes and she did them waay better for a quarter of the price and they are still on after 2 weeks!! First of all the location is hard to find due to lack of signage. Got lashes Saturday afternoon, had them removed Sunday afternoon. So much glue on my lashes that my lids felt weighed down and affected my vision. I could not wait to get them off. The lashes were heavy looking - like little mustaches on my lids - definitely looked like fake lashes. I have worn lashes off & on for several years so I am used to the "feel" (which is nothing if properly applied and quality lashes are used). Tyffani takes her time each time. I found Lash Me Now by randomly searching google. From my first visit I have been a faithful customer since July 2014. The setting is relaxing. I use it as a relaxing time for me after a long day of work. About the lashes they last longer than any other lashes that I have worn. After the initial 48 hours I can jump in the pool and swim if I want to. Another reason why I love LASH ME NOW is because the lashes look so natural and people always do a double take when looking at my lashes. This is a great place for first-time lash wearers or those of us who can't seem to stop getting them! :) The young lady who runs this business is very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. She not only does a great job applying the lashes, but she'll also educate you on how to maintain, clean and basically take care of them to get the best bang for your buck. It was my first experience at Lash Me Now. The ladies were very very great. However, the cluster lashes I got put on were the worst. I was so annoyed with the gaps, and how they turned out, and even after following the homecare instructions for them, they were still awful. I ended up soaking them and taking them off myself. I wont ever get them from Lash Me Now again. They weighed down my eyes and I felt like I couldn't even rub my eyes correctly without feeling like they were gonna just tear off my eyes. I may come back and try an eyebrow tint, but never again will I come for lashes. Not for me. read more

Really like this place. I've gone twice for lash lifts, and they look great! My only complaint is that they don't seem to last that long, however this might be my fault, not sure. Only rec is that they inform you better on how to care for your lashes after you get the treatment. Otherwise, all is great about this place. read more

Never again. During my Brazilian they talked me into buying a cleanser and I always check new products with my dermatologist because I have REALLY sensitive skin. I called with 3 days to see if I can return my unopened bottle. The lady on phone said she will talk to the owner and call me back. I never get a call back. So I call again and they said bring it in on your next appointment. I take it in and they pretended to "process" my refund on credit card and took the cleanser back. I waited more than 14 days to see a refund on my card. Result? Never got a refund. I called them and was told oh it's still in the process!? Really??!! I have never waited that long for a refund. They took the cleanser and never gave me the refund. Now I have to go through my card company to get my money back. Ridiculous! read more

Every time I've been has been an absolutely amazing experience and the owner Tyfanni is phenomenal. Went here to get eyelash extensions which was the worst idea ever. They used an overwhelming amount of glue and I got them on on a Thursday and removed by Saturday after half had fallen out Friday morning. I went somewhere else for removal where the technician who removed the lashes asked me where I went and began asking questions about the application process where I told her it only took 20 minutes and my eye was open the whole time, allowing for the glue to get into my eye and burned so badly I could hardly open my eyes the rest of the day. The technician told me that this place and whoever had applied them had used way too much glue, she used lashes you could get at a drugstore (extremely low quality), the process should take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on where you go and you should NEVER have your eyes open during the process. She was appalled by my story and because me and other friends went together to get them done at the same place we all had the same problems. I am now left with extremely broken lashes and irritated eyes and I'm out of my money. DO NOT GO HERE read more

I bought a Groupon for Lash Me Now, which said it was for individual lashes and then it said "cluster lashes" in parentheses. After buying the Groupon about a week ago, I called them and left a voicemail to let them know I already have eyelash extensions and wanted to see if I could use the Groupon to just get them filled in with more individual extensions. Nobody returned my call so I scheduled an appointment with them online about 2 days later. When I scheduled, I wrote a note telling them my issue. Again, I didn't hear back from anyone. My appointment was today at 12:00pm and they called me at 10:00am to let me know that the Groupon wouldn't work to get the individual lashes filled in (even though it says individual lashes on the Groupon!). They said I couldn't come in today because there wouldn't be enough time for my appointment but I could come tomorrow and they would charge me $100 (even though I bought the Groupon for $23). I said no to coming in because 1) I wasn't going to pay that much and 2) they were so unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. If the Groupon was indeed only for cluster lashes as they told me 2 hours before my appointment, then they probably need to be more clear when describing the service on Groupon. Save your money and go somewhere else where they treat customers with respect and don't cancel appointments 2 hours ahead of time. read more
