The text and email reminders were super helpful in making sure I kept track of the appointment. Since I hadn't had my lashes done in a while, the tech asked lots of questions and showed me examples to help us be on the same page about the look I was going for. I was going for a natural look, and that's exactly what I got. All ladies at the salon were very helpful and professional. It's been almost two weeks since I've had the lash extensions, and they still look great. The extensions have defined my eyes. I feel more comfortable going out the house as is, without a stitch of makeup. I'll be making my next appointment soon.

She said she's caught in with some lawsuit and I now can see why. I've called so much to book and since it's the last day of the month she now blocked me because today was the last day I could get the service I wanted paid for! Nice, thanks mark, I'm sure you're gonna excuse it by saying your website is fixed now but that doesn't excuse the way you handled it while it was down, I paid for too many months to not use any of the fills I paid for, thanks. Instead of waiting another 15 minutes past our appointment we rescheduled for Monday night. We arrived promptly on time for our appointment and my husband and I were seated in the pedicure chairs. The tech asked who wanted to go first because she was going to start and it sounded like once another tech was done they would come over and start the other person. No big deal since there were two other techs in the building. I had my husband start his service since his feet are rougher than mine. Well, 35 minutes later and no one started my pedicure yet. I decided just to not get my pedicure. The whole point of booking together is we like to have the experience together, not be almost an hour behind the other person and now we are here for 2 hours. Extremely frustrating experience and we won't be back. Also, it seems there is no hot water hooked up to their pedicure chairs. The service started luke warm at best and got cold just 10 minutes later. The tech asked about my water before I decided to not get my pedicure and I told her it was cold, cold. She got up and came back with a boiling electric tea pot to put hot water in the basin. My husband had to wait another 10 minutes to get boiling hot water in his basin so more than half of his pedicure was done with COLD water. Completely unacceptable especially when it's $61.00 for the "ultimate" pedicure we selected. If you are looking for a professional, relaxing pedicure you WILL NOT find it here.

They charge $12 to take off gel polish during your pedicure which was very odd to me. I love this place! A few months ago I had a really bad allergic reaction to some lotion on my face…read morethat sudden appeared out of nowhere and resembled acne. Fast forward and it seems that the acne is under control (or at least controllable) but I was left with hyper pigmentation (dark spots) on my cheeks and forehead. I was introduced to Kelly (owner of Haven Spa Boutique) and she immediately sat down with me and gave me a full skin mapping (under the bright light...I mean the works). She customized a facial program for me and I have noticed a tremendous difference. My skin is softer, less breakouts, and most importantly...the dark spots are fading! I know she will get my skin back to were it used to be and better. Since then I have also gotten my eyelashes tinted and they turned out great...it looks like I have on light mascara most days. Came in for a quick nail color change. The lady who did my nails was very unfriendly. She didn't…read morenot properly take off the gel and didn't soak my nails and used a drill with high grit on a high setting, then used the strongest acetone and I started flinching because my nail bed were grinded to almost bare nail bed and my nails and nail beds were in searing pain, my beautiful strong thick nails that I meticulously take care of were paper thin and flimsy and I had to ask her to stop because I was freaking out. I talked to the manager who was kind but at that point there was nothing that could be done. It was suggested to put gel on with an extra top coat. 2 days later my nails were breaking off and snagging on everything and tearing to the nail bed, my nails were bleeding. 2 months later my nails haven't recovered and even the nail beds are extremely soft and so sensitive to heat/cold/touch.
