"growth" lol. But when I tell you Kait put me completely at ease, that's honestly an understatement. My niece recommended Charlotte Sugaring and told me to book with either Christine or Kait. I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. Kait isn't just good at what she does--she's genuinely kind, comforting, and so easy to talk to. I felt safe, seen, and taken care of in a way I didn't expect from a waxing appointment.
