That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.
