I have been going to Michelle for over a year and I cannot recommend her enough!! At first I wasn't sure about getting my Lashes done regularly. I didnt want to look weird or artificial. Shelly worked with me to find just the right look. Now when I have my Lashes done I feel pulled together and pretty! She's also great about customizing a look if I have a special event and do want to go a bit more glamorous. She is so fabulous that she books up fast but she always finds room if I need to get in. Michelle IS as GOOD as it GETS!! 5+years for this more than satisfied customer! Always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty - your complete satisfaction is what she strives for!! Her space may be small but it is perfect, cozy, and always clean!! My very first time was with a Groupon under a different company that was based at her current location. I thought for sure it would be just a 1 time - good deal- kinda thing! I was SO happy after my first service that I signed up as a member, and continued on with her as she started her company - aka(Lash-Me). And here I sit almost 6 years later - compliment after compliment, year after year! She truly is a gift that keeps on giving!!! I have heard some horror stories over the years of unqualified technicians wrecking havoc on peoples eyelashes - but not 1 time has that happened to me or anyone that I have sent to her!! I visited Michelle for the first time yesterday and I am so pleased with how my lashes turned out! She does great work and really listens to what you are looking for in your look. I expected to be there for 2 hours on my first fill and she was done within an hour, but don't let that make you think the quality isn't there, it is! Michelle was AMAZING! Being my first lash extensions, I chose the 30/30. Michelle took the time to really talk to me & see what I was looking for. She explained the entire process & was very detailed about the care/maintenance. I was still in & out in just under an hour. (By the time I was in and out of the garage, it was an hour and 15 minutes.) I went back in for fills, and they've lasted so well, that my next appointment won't require nearly as many lashes. I've already scheduled my next 2 appointments to go back in. As a wedding planner, I don't recommend beauty services that I haven't experienced myself, & I've already recommended Michelle! I LOVE my lashes!! I can sum up a quick review in just this first paragraph but if you want to hear more details and my previous experience read on. I have received more compliments than I can count on my lashes from friends, family and complete strangers. They look natural but amazing. I have not used mascara or an eyelash curler since I begin seeing Michelle. I can get up in the morning and go workout or run to the grocery store all without feeling like I needed to put makeup on first. When I tell people I'm not wearing any makeup, not even eye liner they don't believe me. Having lashes has become my most fun and affordable splurge that makes me feel more feminine every day. They last several weeks because of Michelle's education and with my membership, the price can NOT be beat. Michelle has more experience than most technicians in Austin so you know that she knows what she's doing. Now read on if you want more details... I found Michelle by asking around whenever I noticed other people's lashes. Coincidentally I was referred to her from two people - completely unrelated and at two places/ times. I have been a regular customer for three years now and I can tell you Michelle is more than just my "lash lady", she is a friend. She gets to know her clients personally and treats you like a friend. I look forward to spending an easy hour in and out with her chatting it up. The first time I came in she was very thorough in telling me how to care for my lashes so that I could get the most wear out of them. The second and third time, she answered my questions and consulted with me about what I wanted before starting. With my one year membership, I don't have to wait for a sale or a groupon. I can schedule my appointments easily online months in advance. (Highly recommend this because she gets booked weeks in advance!) I don't think having someone who gets booked out months in advance is deserving of a low rating. There are some key differences than what one might be expecting as compared to other salon experiences. I think you have to go into this knowing she is a small business. She doesn't have a staff to answer the phones, just her cell phone and Sam (and Sam is the sweetest!) Know that this is not a spa or a salon. You aren't walking into a lavender scented lobby with waterfall and Enya. You're also paying a significant amount less for your lashes than those places charge. Expect to be taken to a small space inside a shared downtown office building. You have to either get there early enough to find parking or pay the garage fee. I work downtown often enough that I'm used to this and accept it as part of being downtown. That shouldn't be a reflection on Michelle and the quality of her work. There are extras that she will offer you such as eye pads, mascara, etc but at no time have I ever felt pressured to buy any of them. She uses a square card reader for payment so know that she will ask about gratuity in advance before running your card. It may all seem different - but honestly for the company and experience and knowing she's not over charging - none of it bothers me and hopefully making you aware of it up front helps you too.. read more

I cannot say enough about Michelle and my lashes. They're wonderful. I feel so complete with them, not over the top but "finished." She will work with you on fullness, length, where you want them to be longest at on your eye (middle or outside of your eye), style... nothing is too difficult. She's detailed and takes her time so you leave looking perfect. And she is SO flexible with scheduling, she worked me in for my wedding with no open appointments in sight. Very sweet, quiet when working but only because she's focused (you'll fall asleep, it's nice). I've recommended her to my girlfriends, cousins, aunts and my sister-in-law. She will make you happy. On the first appointment, I had hoped my lashes would be more full, so she brought me back in immediately for some additional lashes at no cost. She works fast, but does a great job! I can not express how pleased I am with the work of Michelle!! When I started going to michelle I had been getting my lashes done for about 3 years with the same person. While the lashes looked good, what I didnt realize was that the operator was not taking into account what type of lashes may be best for me. I didnt know that this mattered until I started losing lashes. Really I didnt know anything before Michelle. When I went in she explained to me my options and I told her to do her magic. She did exactly what she told me she was gonna do and of course the result was not exactly what I wanted because she had to pamper my lashes until they recovered. About 6 months in she began to tell me that my lashes are getting so thick and strong that we can now begin to get them how I want them. Now I can not express the gratitude that I have to Michelle and her expertise with lashes. My lashes have never ever looked so good and my natural lashes have never ever been so thick and strong and I owe all of this to michelle. The first few appointments, I did not realize that I could park in the same building so I walked a block or two to my appointments. It didnt matter because Michelle is an absolute expert when it comes to lashes!! Also, Michelle is perfect because she can sense instantly if its gonna be a day that I want to talk or if its a day that I just want to lay there and relax. To me this is priceless and the service from start to finish is so relaxing that I can not express. If she senses I just want to relax, she even changes the music to something soothing and she says "ok im just gonna let you relax while I do my work". Other times we have the most enjoyable conversarions and literally my appointments are the highlight of my month. Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone when you call. Man that returns calls is rude and has bad customer service. I called for a first time appt, he asked if i was flexible and I told him I was depending on the time. I told him I could do any day after 4 and he said well then that is not flexible.
