This is the best laser tag arena I've ever been to. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. I had a group of about 10 young boys scheduled to play laser tag, and about 30 minutes before our reservation, I received a text from the owner letting me know their computer system was down and we might not be able to play. When we arrived, the system was still down--but the team immediately stepped up. The desk attendant gave everyone in our group unlimited arcade credits and even offered to cover the cost of another activity in town if we preferred. We decided to stay, and they generously ordered two pizzas for the group. They refunded my reservation in full since we couldn't play as planned, allowed me to reschedule at no charge, and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Then, at the last minute, their system came back online--and they still let us play a free game of laser tag! These guys truly know how to treat their customers. Exceptional service all around! Their arena is also massive and the gear is high quality. It was tons of fun and they said they are the 2nd largest laser tag arena in the nation. read more

I've been here twice and loved both experiences. It costs about $9/person/game and on Wednesdays, it is $7/person/game for students. You pay before you play and you get cards for when you want to start. Before going in, you choose a nickname which will be displayed on the scoreboard at the end. Some rules are given at the start after you put on the gear and head inside. A staff member is available during the game if needed (emergency, etc). The inside is VERY big and 15 minutes is just enough time to get solid exercise in haha. Would definitely recommend LaserMaxxx for some good bonding with friends and family!! Parking is street/downtown parking, unfortunately (requires payment, no parking lot)... They open late so coming after 7 when parking is free is an option. read more

Went with a group of friends on a Monday night and we were lucky to have the whole place because no one else was there. They have some old arcade games in the lobby. The coin machine is ancient and hard to use. Tried to play an arcade game before laser tag and the machine didn't do anything after eating our coins. The staff were very nice and friendly. Since we were the only group there that night, they gave us lots of freedom. Having the whole place to ourselves to play laser tag was definitely a workout but it was very fun. One thing I was confused about afterward was we paid for 2 games and each game should last about 15 mins, but the first game was only 5 mins long. It's a lot of fun when the numbers are small. For more 10 people, they should divide into two teams. The space isn't big enough or thought out enough to play individual with 14 or more players, especially with a wide variety of ages and levels. You end up with a few people protecting the two towers and everyone else in constant movement or stuck in the 5-second "tagged" window, unable to play. The main floor has maybe one well protected corner, and no one passes it. At one point we just stood of the center floor and stopped playing. There's was no where to go. When I asked the host about doing teams, he said they don't do that except for parties and acted like it would be too much work to organize ("we'd have to get everyone to agree"). Yet small groups were protecting each other and forming teams anyway, and most other laser tag places do red/blue set up without issue. The front desk was nice. read more

There was a horrible zombie killing arcade game that many of the children saw and some older ones played... my 6 year old, and many others, were traumatized by the images and I think it was completely inappropriate for a game like that to be available and visible to young children. read more

We had a very large 30+ group of 6 year olds for a birthday party. The AMAZING party hostess, manager and everyone there made every effort to make sure our needs were met, including bringing an additional table down from another party. Photos were taken by our party hostess, which was such a time saver! I tired to tip our hostess, but they do not accept tips :( We had 75% girls, 25% boys and the girls had just as much, if not more fun than the boys. Overall, a great party and so well managed! Drove 2 hrs for a church youth group team building adventure - best decision ever. With a group varying from 10-15 youth, the front desk team handled us with ease and respect (even when we showed up flabbergasted and a little late). They were kind and professional. Laser Quest used to be fun, 10 years ago. But absolutely NOTHING has changed since then, save for the satellite radio playing too loudly in the lobby. The vests and guns are the same ones I played on when I was a kid, and the maze is exactly the same too. Oh wait, they do have one new thing--a really rude employee with taped-together plastic glasses. Lucky us, we got her for our 'mission' as they are called and got to hear her yell at us for 5 solid minutes, as if laser tag really needs much of an explanation. It was fun enough, I just wish there was more variety. I guess that just isn't possible in a place like this but you think they'd at least mix it up every few years. I myself experienced Laser Tag only two times during my adolescence. That was years and years ago when I was little. This arena is located on a sketchy street on the outskirts of Downtown Spokane. If you do not have a car, I strongly do not recommend walking around at night. Parking is definitely an issue, but is not like that in all cities? Carrying on, I had the best time of my life here. Me and my apartment friends came here as a large group to play for four to five rounds in one night. The staff members will happily let you change your codenames at the start of each round. Before you go play the game, do not eat a whole lot before you go, you will suffer with fatigue from the one hour of indigestion. The Marshal will go over with you the rules of the games before each round even if you played during the previous match. I have never worn the laser gun outfits in a longtime, but I could envision myself being the Terminator's successor or reincarnation. The inside is one of the best arenas ever! The castle structure allows you to find small areas to hide in while you try to sneak past your opponent for the finishing shot. You can really bond well with your friends or acquaintances from the challenge each time. The adrenaline got me pumping, gave me enough stamina to deal with the one driver who tried to give me a hard time the other day near the traffic light after I crossed the road. To relax from an intensive game, sing your soul out via the Karaoke machine in the front. There is a good amount of oldies from the era of my childhood when I was too busy preparing for the final examinations to get into college. The arcade though has an interesting assortment of games you could try out for yourself if you want to. If you are lucky enough to win the drawing, you can return for a few more games all expense free. Best is that you can invite all of your friends to tag a long with you. I cannot wait for someone to have a birthday here, I would be taken aback as I relive my 16th birthday party. Very impressed and pleased with the fun that I had here. read more

This has always been a great place to go have fun! Recently we took some youth from our small town to visit. We messed up the time and would not be able to make regular business hours. But that did not stop the manager Kevin from welcoming us in and taking care of our group. Many say customer service is dead in this day and age, but I was so impressed I will not soon forget their acts of kindness towards our kids. If I could give this company a zero star rating, I would. Once myself and three others entered laser quest, none of our activators worked. After over fifteen minutes of this happening and yelling for help, we finally found an employee who agreed that all four of our packs did not work. We were then given new packs that worked after over fifteen minutes of play and told by the employee that we would get a refund. When we were finished, we asked for our refund and we were denied. When we told the employees up front the situation, they continued to deny us our refund. We paid over sixty dollars and were denied our promised refund. I will never return. read more

We brought 23 people from our church for the 3 game special in August. It was very worth the $20 as everyone thought the last game was the best. 3 levels, smoke, lots of good hiding spots to shoot your prey! Everyone had a blast. We had a group of staff from Life Center church that bought the Groupon to play lasertag last week. We planned our event, but didn't read our groupons very carefully. Right before we were set to head to Laser Quest (on a Monday evening), we discovered they were closed. So I called them and asked them if there was anything they could do to accommodate us. As always a fun and well managed establishment. The place is clean and well kept and hasn't fell out of line for several years. The staff are friendly and nice and always make fun their number one priority. As for the game itself it is a fun experience that people of all ages will enjoy, and I would say it is most ideal for birthdays, but it will be fun no matter what. One thing they could improve which I don't know if they can change this, but improving the quality of the lasers could make the game more fun for the more competitive. But you'll still have a ton of fun and the lasers will not hinder your fun in any way. I would definitely recommend Laser Quest. read more

At first glance I was a little taken aback at the place, it's not in the best neighborhood however it does have lots of street parking in front and to the side of the building so I wasn't worried after finding that. A lot of homeless camped out on the street around them. Upon entering I was surprised that there was toilet paper all over the front entry. However we found out that the birthday people get shot with a toilet paper gun when they come in so that sounded super fun! The wait time to play our game was reasonable. There is a "Marshall" that goes over everything with you beforehand and also walks around the course while the game is going on which I really liked. I was a bit unsure how my 6 and 9 year old would fare wandering around in the dark and fog by themselves. My daughter got scared during the game and the Marshall found her and brought her to me. It was so much fun!! My kids are already wanting to go back. We used a groupon for one round but next time we will definitely pay for the 3 games for 20.00!!! read more
