We had a reservation at 7:30 for the Mayan and got there a bit late, but they were super nice about it. They had lockers for us to store our stuff that locked with keys that we could take with us. Jade was our host and was incredible! She was so kind, professional, and made the experience exceptionally fun. Our group had so much fun working together to figure out the puzzles and find clues in order to find the missing treasure stolen by a wild western bandit! Great escape room. Our group had a lot of fun. Employee was great as well. My only complaint is the very strong air freshener used. I left with a headache and sore throat after our escape due to the excessively strong smell. I wish business would stop using these toxic chemicals. This was such a blast! Absolutely worth every penny. We did the Mafia one and really recommend this room. It makes you think outside the box. :) Grab a group of friends and just enjoy a fun game night that's different than sitting around a table with drinks and snacks. Really fun escape room experience! We did the saloon one. The staff was great, the puzzles were just the right level of challenging for (mostly) beginners, and we all had a fantastic time! This was my second escape room, so I had high expectations coming in. I didn't think the second time would be as good as the first, but it absolutely was! It was an absolute blast! To anyone looking to have a good time with friends and family in an escape room. Don't waste your time, money, and sanity here. I had two rooms booked. One was guardians of time and the other high noon heist. Now my group has done over five dozen escape rooms prior to this and only ever lost at 3 ever, but we lost both of the rooms we played. After discussing it with the group we found that the puzzles/locks were incredibly inconsistent and at points just random in nature. Further one of the high noon room must have had recently updated because two of the puzzles in it had the old puzzles plainly visible while not using them when the new codes look the exact same. Further the puzzles make less and less sense as the game goes on. In the guardians of time room our group got the the last code of the room with 9 minutes left. The last puzzle was so incoherent that between the three of us on a four digit lock decided that two of the four digits could be different just because of how one interprets the clues. On top of the puzzles being near impossible at points the locks also don't work. At one point our game needed to be stopped because after wasting multiple minutes putting the correct code into the lock it didn't open. An employee had to come in and even he didn't get the code in the first time. Then when your team fails the room due to no fault of your own they will let you pay to continue the although there is still a high likelihood that you won't make it because the rooms are poorly designed. A wish to stress that if you are in the area and want a good escape room this isn't the place. There are other escape rooms in the area that we enjoyed but this was not it. read more
