After several follow-up attempts, I was eventually offered both a refund and a gift card. I received the gift card, but the refund never arrived. Over the course of more than a month, I repeatedly reached out regarding the missing refund. Most of my messages went unanswered for weeks at a time. When I did receive a response, I was assured the refund would be processed, but then communication stopped again. The people I interacted with were friendly and polite, but the lack of communication and follow-through when problems arise was extremely frustrating. After more than a month without receiving the promised refund, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business due to its poor communication and failure to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
