I have made multiple visits to Temecula Laser Away for a variety of services, with a variety of specialists and have been extremely pleased every time. All of the staff is highly professional, personable and knowledgeable. Best one stop beauty support I could ask for. From the people who answer the phones to every detail about the processes and the cleanliness etc. I couldn't ask for a better experience!! Thank you Laser Away!! Very Happy Client :) read more

Girl yaaassss! They offer financing for all of their services which makes the packages more obtainable. I got the platinum package and am so excited to get started with my hair removal process! This location is clean and the staff is super friendly. The girl up front was awesome and super helpful for all of my weird questions. read more

I've had three laser sessions here at this location in Temecula. My first session was somewhat disappointing due to the nurse who first helped me. With my luck I WOULD forget her name, oh well... Kaitlyn was the second nurse who took very good care of me. Rachel was the most recent nurse she was very helpful answering all my questions. read more

I love laseraway Temecula! I have been coming here religiously for 3 years! I have always been so happy with their customer service and the services they provide. I leave there looking more beautiful than when I came in. Today, after 2 years, I finally decided to get My lips done!!! And Sonia was the absolute best person I could have had do the job. She was so patient and so understanding of how I wanted to look. She nailed it!!! I'm so relieved and so thankful! I can't wait to come back for my 2 week touch up and I made sure to schedule it with Sonia!!! read more

I had laser hair removal done 20 years ago, but never finished my treatments. I have a few to go until I'm totally hair free. I came here and things have changed so much. I, personally, had no pain at all! Rachel at the front desk is so nice, very welcoming, and helpful! Nurse Rachel, who did my treatment, was also really nice and very knowledgeable! She definitely knows what she's doing and is very professional. I can't wait until I'm completely hair free(in the right places)! I highly recommend LaserAway for all your hair removal needs!!! read more

Getting tattoos removed is not pleasant. Laseraway's staff is amazing! They do so much to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I always feel welcomed when I come in. I am always given clear explanation of my treatment. Its exciting to see results. I highly recommend them read more

I first started coming here a couple ago. The staff is always friendly and knows all of my information as soon as I give my name. I've never had to wait a long time for my appointments, as soon as I check in I'm seen within 5-10mins if that. My appointment never takes very long, I'm usually in and out within a couple of minutes and they always make sure to book my next appointment if I need one. I would recommend this place if you are looking for tattoo removal or laser hair removal. read more

I purchased a Brazilian and under arms package with 8 sessions. I have dark brown hair and beige skin, came to all my services on time, and saw roughly 20-30% overall reduction in hair... after bringing up my concerns to the staff they comped me some extra sessions to help improve my results which was nice, but I got pregnant shortly after so will not be continuing treatment past the 8 sessions I have already received. I'm sure the laser works on some people, but I wasn't very impressed with my results. I'll stick to waxing. Five stars for the staffs friendliness, one star for my results at the 8 services mark. read more

Waste of money so far. Girl was not listening to me at all. She could care less on what I was explaining about my hair growth. Treatment was so weak. Only going back to finish treatments that I already paid for. Won't be returning. read more

I was in town visiting family and my cousin convinced my to come to LaserAway to try Botox for the first time. I am so happy I did it. My fine lines and wrinkles are so much smoother and I look so much more refreshed. The whole experience was great. Erin did a consultation for me over the phone and was very informative and sweet. She was also able to get me in for my treatment the next day. All the staff was so nice and welcoming and the nurse that treated me totally calmed my nerves. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in town. read more

This morning, I sat outside of LaserAway. My appointment was today, April 24th at 8AM. No one was there. Rewind to why I was sitting outside-- I had come here for Juvéderm two weeks ago. I purchased a syringe for $650, even though I was told over the phone by the same location that it only costs $500-$550. I had the injections done and ended up not using my whole syringe. I was told to wait two weeks before I can do injections again, but that a syringe has to be used before 30 days. Before I left I stopped to make an appointment. The lady at the front gave me the next available date; two weeks out. I had told her that I will be traveling for work and due to supposed weather conditions of the country I'm traveling to, I can't guarantee that I'll be back on that day. She said it was fine and to call if I need to reschedule. That day came, I had been stuck in Canada due to ice/snow storms, traveling was a mess and I definitely was not going to make my appointment, so I called to reschedule. The first phone call, I spoke with a lady named Olga (I believe?). She first put me on hold a couple times, would come back and ask more scheduling questions and leave again. She told me they do not have any appointments available for the next couple of days and they do not have nurses working on weekends. The next available appointment was May 4th. I told her that does not work as I was advised my syringe had to be used within 30 days, May 4th would be over the 30 day policy. After being placed on hold for the 5th time, she came back and told me she moved stuff around and scheduled me for Saturday April 21st. This seemed a little odd to me, as she had just told me they do not have nurses working on Saturdays. Saturday comes and I get a call just before my appointment as I'm on my way there. Whoever was working the desk that day had noticed I was scheduled for Juvéderm and told me they do not have nurses working. I KNEW IT! Olga just wanted to get me off the phone I guess. I had arranged my whole day around this appointment, very inconvenient. So this next lady I was speaking with also could not make this work. Finally she had told me that she scheduled me for April 24th, Tuesday morning, 8AM. While on the phone, she told me she doesn't know if anyone is working that day but she will make sure and give me a call back to confirm. Well, never heard back from her! So I showed up this morning Tuesday, April 24th at 8 AM only to find the place locked. The nurse and receptionist arrived, let me in and attempted to check me in only to find that I was scheduled for this afternoon at 1 PM. I would have much rather taken a complimentary Juvéderm syringe and an appointment date further out than to have been given the run around, lied to, inconvenienced. I paid $650 for a whole syringe and was basically being told "oh well." What a total waste of time. This could have been a positive review but the only positive thing I can say is that the nurse, Jeannie (so sorry if it's misspelled!), was phenomenal. Super light handed with the syringe, knows what she's doing, very easy to talk to, and I'm very happy with the end result. read more

I had the best experience I am in love with my results! Rachel was so professional, sweet, and succeeded at getting me the look I want it! I definitely will be back soon. read more

My experience at Laser Away has been absolutely amazing. Since the first day I walked in, Erin was extremely informative and caring towards the services I was interested in. I was so happy to see her yesterday again! I also want to take the moment and thank my nurse Katie S. Because she was just the BEST and the KINDEST! For my first clean and brilliant treatment I had two weeks ago I was so nervous, but after Katie spoke to me and explained everything, I felt more comfortable with moving forward. Not to mention she was super outgoing and she totally entertained my conversation all throughout the procedure which made my experience amazing. I'm super outgoing and sometimes I run into people that don't care to talk to me at all, but not here. All of the staff, especially Katie and Erin have always been super kind and caring towards me and and of the questions I have. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking to get hair removal as well as clear and brilliant treatments. I'm loving them both thus far! & I can't wait to try more !! Ask for Katie S. if you go! She is Awesome! -Lorelay Risper read more

ANOTHER Update: Thanks for your reply Jamie L, I appreciate it. While your team did reach out to me, they did nothing but direct me to send an email to another Laser Away employee. I believe it was Barbara in "Customer Service" which she simply ignored all 4 emails I sent to her over the course of about 3 weeks back when you replied to me. All it did was confirm Laser Away doesn't care about customer service and the entire experience is all smoke and mirrors. The treatments that don't work after paying a small fortune of several thousand dollars, all the way down to your polite reply and numerous employees that did nothing to help my poor experience with this company. Thanks for the lackluster service after I gave you over $5000 The only reason I even gave 2 stars is for some of the nurses. They're really nice but this place is a huge scam. I've been going to them regularly for 3+ years and I still have full blown hairs in the Brazilian area. Bikini area is almost gone but Brazilian is still growing, not even thinner hairs. When you go to a REAL laser hair removal place, the hair falls OUT shortly after treatment. That means they reached the root and it is no longer growing. Thus falling out. My hairs stopped falling out a LONG time ago. Their machines are either old or they don't keep the setting high enough so you're scammed into buying more sessions. Either way it's a rip off and don't go here. They finally offered me some DISCOUNTED follow up treatments but they still haven't made a difference. I've paid several thousand and I'm still not 90% hair It's family owned which is even more sad they don't care about their locations having satisfied customers. read more

I went for my first laser hair removal a few weeks ago on my face and they made sure to include under arms for free. Great service! Super happy with the professionalism and how sweet all the ladies are! Highly recommend!

I been visiting their Temecula location and everyone there is super nice. My treatment coordinator was great at explaining everything and very helpful when it came down to finances. I been under treatment for laser hair removal and hv seen a few different nurses but they've all been awesome! The treatment itself has been working for me. They recommend 6 sessions, I'm currently on session 4 but haven't had to worry about shaving since session two. It's truly amazing. I'd definitely recommend them. I read more

LaserAway - Love this place staff is so friendly and helpful!! I love coming back for my treatments!! - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Temecula, California

By far the WORST customer service EVER. I have been here 3 times now because I prepaid for a package of 3. I have to pay a babysitter to watch my kids and each time I have been here for an apt I have waited over an hour! I think they over book and they over charge. When my package is done I will find another place to go too. The staff doesn't seem to care about people's time read more

If I could give less stars I would. Negative, in fact! Every time I go in, there's an issue. I paid for and scheduled for an IPL facial did the consultation and everything. Wrote down what I had to do prior to treatment. Came in for treatment and all the sudden they couldn't do it because I was in sun 2 weeks prior to treatment. Of course I was, this is so cal! I did, however, have on SPF 50 sunscreen and that apparently isn't good enough. Then they were upset when I wanted a refund and wanted to give me another treatment. No I'm good! I've gone in for several laser hair treatments and have seen no difference. I've even asked them to make it stronger I don't care if it's more painful. I want results. And they said they cannot. And now they automatically rescheduled my apt without asking! They are a total joke at Temecula location. read more

I've given this place a few tries and was really hoping for the best. I hate to write this review but I keep getting notifications on my phone to write a review, so here I am. The environment here is cold and not welcoming. The girls are friendly at times but my overall experience is sadly not good. It may be due to me going to spa-like environments for my services in the past. My last visit I had to wait 40 min, or longer. I was told I'd be out by a certain time, but I was not. The awareness of other peoples time should be key in a business like this. No one wants to sit in a bright white medical-looking room for almost an hour. Also, the rooms don't appear very organized and items are very exposed. I'm just not impressed at all. And for the high price of services, it should be phenomenal thru and thru. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Again, I was hoping for the best! I just had to write this to help others know. I've given this place several tries, but I guess I'm just looking for a better experience and atmosphere. Even with my first appointment they had me FaceTime with a nurse that was at home and she was very unfriendly. I just feel like their process is very strange and not professional. I've never been to a place that does business like this. Hope this review helps someone. read more

Came in for my Juvaderma touch up and it's expired? My first time ever having Juvaderma you think someone would tell me that it expires because since I was there days before the expectation date! I did leave a prior appointment due to them running 30 min behind with a reception area full of people, didn't look promising. appointment it isn't cheap I would expect a follow up call! They push huge packages but don't keep track of expectations? O they want you to expire to purchase more packages? I like doing buisness the old fashion way. Value integrity , value my time, value people! I like my cash money in a real bank not a Botox bank. I'll keep looking for a great place. read more

So came here for my first ever laser treatment. I must say results were okay. I took out a loan to be able to afford getting 7 treatments here. This place is wayyy overpriced. I paid for laser hair removal of legs, underarms, Brazilian, and a few other areas and i have been going for a year, as scheduled every 6 weeks and followed every direction, no waxing, etc. after paying almost $5000 for these treatments and the clear and brilliant facial laser treatments ( which don't work either) I would say save your money, they will promise you anywhere from 80-100% laser hair removal but I have maybe 45-50% in some areas and other areas maybe 30% of permanent hair loss. I'm not happy with the pain that I went through and the sacrifice of this whole entire year process. Everyone here has been super nice and professional but at the end of the day they are hear for the money and don't care about customer satisfaction. If you think your the exception, your not. I came in 2-3 weeks ago to show them that my hair loss has not been successful and I need a lot more treatments and was told I would hear from corporate and never have. I am a professional and a realist and if you tell me that I would achieve almost 100% hair removal with maybe coming once a year to do touch ups then I believe that your going to stand behind that if I don't get that and I haven't. I'm not putting down any individual, but im tired of businesses promises and no follow through! I spent a lot of money and I want what I paid for not some excuse of we don't guarantee 100% because everyone is different which trust me I asked all the skeptic questions before I paid almost $5000! I do not have permanent hair loss anywhere! I also wish I had taken a picture of the slogan/ advertisement picture they had in one of the treatment rooms, it said 100% laser hair removal guaranteed! read more

Very welcoming and nice staff. They do everything to make sure you're comfortable and have a great experience.

I was SUPER hesitant to get laser hair removal because of what I had heard about it being painful. However, I purchased a package at LaserAway because I was so done with the shaving/waxing. My experience was amazing. Laser hair removal is FAR less painful than waxing. Just remember to shave the area completely the night before and I would recommend applying lidocaine cream one hour before your appointment (my own personal suggestion). If you follow their instructions, your experience will be as painless and pleasant as mine was! read more
