I first started coming here a couple ago. The staff is always friendly and knows all of my information as soon as I give my name. I've never had to wait a long time for my appointments, as soon as I check in I'm seen within 5-10mins if that. My appointment never takes very long, I'm usually in and out within a couple of minutes and they always make sure to book my next appointment if I need one. I purchased a Brazilian and under arms package with 8 sessions. I have dark brown hair and beige skin, came to all my services on time, and saw roughly 20-30% overall reduction in hair... after bringing up my concerns to the staff they comped me some extra sessions to help improve my results which was nice, but I got pregnant shortly after so will not be continuing treatment past the 8 sessions I have already received. I'm sure the laser works on some people, but I wasn't very impressed with my results. I'll stick to waxing. I was in town visiting family and my cousin convinced my to come to LaserAway to try Botox for the first time. I am so happy I did it. This morning, I sat outside of LaserAway. My appointment was today, April 24th at 8AM. No one was there. Rewind to why I was sitting outside-- I had come here for Juvéderm two weeks ago. I purchased a syringe for $650, even though I was told over the phone by the same location that it only costs $500-$550. I had the injections done and ended up not using my whole syringe. I was told to wait two weeks before I can do injections again, but that a syringe has to be used before 30 days. Before I left I stopped to make an appointment. The lady at the front gave me the next available date; two weeks out. I had told her that I will be traveling for work and due to supposed weather conditions of the country I'm traveling to, I can't guarantee that I'll be back on that day. She said it was fine and to call if I need to reschedule. That day came, I had been stuck in Canada due to ice/snow storms, traveling was a mess and I definitely was not going to make my appointment, so I called to reschedule. The first phone call, I spoke with a lady named Olga (I believe?). She first put me on hold a couple times, would come back and ask more scheduling questions and leave again. She told me they do not have any appointments available for the next couple of days and they do not have nurses working on weekends. The next available appointment was May 4th. I told her that does not work as I was advised my syringe had to be used within 30 days, May 4th would be over the 30 day policy. After being placed on hold for the 5th time, she came back and told me she moved stuff around and scheduled me for Saturday April 21st. This seemed a little odd to me, as she had just told me they do not have nurses working on Saturdays. Saturday comes and I get a call just before my appointment as I'm on my way there. Whoever was working the desk that day had noticed I was scheduled for Juvéderm and told me they do not have nurses working. I KNEW IT! Olga just wanted to get me off the phone I guess. I had arranged my whole day around this appointment, very inconvenient. So this next lady I was speaking with also could not make this work. Finally she had told me that she scheduled me for April 24th, Tuesday morning, 8AM. While on the phone, she told me she doesn't know if anyone is working that day but she will make sure and give me a call back to confirm. Well, never heard back from her! So I showed up this morning Tuesday, April 24th at 8 AM only to find the place locked. The nurse and receptionist arrived, let me in and attempted to check me in only to find that I was scheduled for this afternoon at 1 PM. I would have much rather taken a complimentary Juvéderm syringe and an appointment date further out than to have been given the run around, lied to, inconvenienced. I paid $650 for a whole syringe and was basically being told "oh well." What a total waste of time. This could have been a positive review but the only positive thing I can say is that the nurse, Jeannie (so sorry if it's misspelled!), was phenomenal. Super light handed with the syringe, knows what she's doing, very easy to talk to, and I'm very happy with the end result. read more

My experience at Laser Away has been absolutely amazing. Since the first day I walked in, Erin was extremely informative and caring towards the services I was interested in. I was so happy to see her yesterday again! I also want to take the moment and thank my nurse Katie S. Because she was just the BEST and the KINDEST! For my first clean and brilliant treatment I had two weeks ago I was so nervous, but after Katie spoke to me and explained everything, I felt more comfortable with moving forward. Not to mention she was super outgoing and she totally entertained my conversation all throughout the procedure which made my experience amazing. I'm super outgoing and sometimes I run into people that don't care to talk to me at all, but not here. I believe it was Barbara in "Customer Service" which she simply ignored all 4 emails I sent to her over the course of about 3 weeks back when you replied to me. All it did was confirm Laser Away doesn't care about customer service and the entire experience is all smoke and mirrors. The treatments that don't work after paying a small fortune of several thousand dollars, all the way down to your polite reply and numerous employees that did nothing to help my poor experience with this company. Thanks for the lackluster service after I gave you over $5000 The only reason I even gave 2 stars is for some of the nurses. They're really nice but this place is a huge scam. I've been going to them regularly for 3+ years and I still have full blown hairs in the Brazilian area. Bikini area is almost gone but Brazilian is still growing, not even thinner hairs. When you go to a REAL laser hair removal place, the hair falls OUT shortly after treatment. That means they reached the root and it is no longer growing. Thus falling out. My hairs stopped falling out a LONG time ago. Their machines are either old or they don't keep the setting high enough so you're scammed into buying more sessions. Either way it's a rip off and don't go here. They finally offered me some DISCOUNTED follow up treatments but they still haven't made a difference. I've paid several thousand and I'm still not 90% hair It's family owned which is even more sad they don't care about their locations having satisfied customers. read more

I was SUPER hesitant to get laser hair removal because of what I had heard about it being painful. However, I purchased a package at LaserAway because I was so done with the shaving/waxing. My experience was amazing. Laser hair removal is FAR less painful than waxing. Just remember to shave the area completely the night before and I would recommend applying lidocaine cream one hour before your appointment (my own personal suggestion). If I could give less stars I would. Negative, in fact! Every time I go in, there's an issue. I paid for and scheduled for an IPL facial did the consultation and everything. Wrote down what I had to do prior to treatment. Came in for treatment and all the sudden they couldn't do it because I was in sun 2 weeks prior to treatment. Of course I was, this is so cal! I did, however, have on SPF 50 sunscreen and that apparently isn't good enough. Then they were upset when I wanted a refund and wanted to give me another treatment. No I'm good! I've gone in for several laser hair treatments and have seen no difference. I've even asked them to make it stronger I don't care if it's more painful. I want results. And they said they cannot. And now they automatically rescheduled my apt without asking! They are a total joke at Temecula location. read more

I've given this place a few tries and was really hoping for the best. I hate to write this review but I keep getting notifications on my phone to write a review, so here I am. The environment here is cold and not welcoming. The girls are friendly at times but my overall experience is sadly not good. It may be due to me going to spa-like environments for my services in the past. My last visit I had to wait 40 min, or longer. I was told I'd be out by a certain time, but I was not. The awareness of other peoples time should be key in a business like this. No one wants to sit in a bright white medical-looking room for almost an hour. Also, the rooms don't appear very organized and items are very exposed. I'm just not impressed at all. And for the high price of services, it should be phenomenal thru and thru. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Again, I was hoping for the best! I just had to write this to help others know. I've given this place several tries, but I guess I'm just looking for a better experience and atmosphere. Even with my first appointment they had me FaceTime with a nurse that was at home and she was very unfriendly. I just feel like their process is very strange and not professional. Came in for my Juvaderma touch up and it's expired? My first time ever having Juvaderma you think someone would tell me that it expires because since I was there days before the expectation date!
