I went in for tattoo laser removal. The appointment was super easy to make, I had a quick consultation call and then was scheduled to come in later during the week. When I walked in, the front desk associate immediately greeted and welcomed me in. The place had such a cute aesthetic and sweet little treats and gifts as you wait. I only waited a couple of minutes before I was called to the back. The nurse that did my treatment was very patient and understanding of it being my first time, testing my pain tolerance and giving me ice and a stress ball for support. After only a couple of minutes, I was done! I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for tattoo removal to check out laser away! Great pricing and experience overall. read more

I purchased a bundle to get laser treatment for the very time and I was pretty nervous about the process. Friday was my first appointment with Sonya and I couldn't be happier. All of the ladies at this location are extremely sweet and helpful. Rosemarie helped us understand how the process would work and she was very transparent, so we didn't feel like we weren't getting all of of questions answered. Sonya was so laid back and made me feel as ease when I was receiving my treatment. The treatment itself isn't very painful at all. It basically feels like a prick, but instantly goes away. The cooling fan immediately soothes the area. I highly recommend LaserAway and once my area is treated, I'll be back to get additional treatments for other areas. read more

Great customer service. This is my very first time getting laser and let me tell you I love it. For those who suffer with very dry skin or laser bumps it's so worth it. I have my second appointment this upcoming month. I noticed my results after one laser session. I recommend getting laser treatments for every woman. I've tried waxing as well and didn't get the results the way laser has given me I'm obsessed. I'll eventually laser everywhere of my body. read more

Always a great experience at Laser Away Temecula A great place and staff every time I come in for my appointments!

I really enjoyed my experience at LaserAway in Temecula. It was quick and just felt like air blowing on your skin, I hardly felt pain other than a slight prick in certain areas. I've tried waxing before and it was way better than waxing which was always awkward for me. It's only my first session so far (bikini and underarms) so I don't really see any results yet but I'm looking forward to long term results. Everyone at this location was very nice and the nurse was informative and made me feel comfortable. read more

Ok. So let me start off by saying... kaitlyn has been amazing as a treatment nurse. She is kind, caring, and always making sure I am ok while going through my laser hair removal treatments. I am like 4ish sessions in, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I'd like to think I came in with realistic results in mind. As an Italian woman, that is a blessing... and a curse. I was quoted 10 sessions for my face and 8 for my armpits. So going in I was not expecting to see the results that I have now at 4 sessions. Thanks kaitlyn for making me feel comfortable and getting rid of my insecurities (the hair that is) looking forward to continuing these sessions and additional services one day soon. read more

They have now rescheduled my appt 3 times monthly (it's the same issue every month our nurse has to take lunch at that time) I understand things happen but seriously if you have had the same issue 3 times in a row you prob need to fix it! I have a busy schedule. I do not appreciate how they have put me in a corner to reschedule my whole day to fit what's best for them. They have had a whole month to figure this out! Please do better laser away! read more
