    I was in need of a new walker for my elderly mother. I spoke to representatives from several…read moreAustin area companies and was told to fax in the doctor order and insurance info. They would then order the walker and have it within a week. None of those locations had walker in-stock to look at or test. I finally called Georgetown Home Medical Equipment and spoke with Andrea. She was friendly and answered all of my questions including a price range. She stated they had numerous models available in the store and ready for purchase and pickup. Upon arrival, Andrea showed me the different models; weight restrictions; easy of storage; and brake functions. I picked out a medium weight 'Lifestyle' model in Teal Green. Purchase was simple and easy. And my mother doesn't have to wait another week for her walker.

Nancy really went out of her way to help us and it has been a Godsend in maneuvering him in and out of bed as we are both past 55. Roger delivered the bed and Trapeze and set it up fast and without problems. He was also so very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this company for needed medical supplies.

I wish I read the reviews of this "company" before making a purchase. This scam operation does not provide a working phone number(s). Their customer service department does not exist, and they do not reply to emails, CS form page requests or message on chat! After sending the wrong product and no reply to my queries, I've found from other customers reviews that further effort is wasted in regards to replacement and or refund.     UPDATE 1/23/25- I have just completed a two month ordeal with this fraudulent company fighting to…read morehave this charge reversed off my credit card. I won finally but I'd like to tell everyone EXACTLY how these folks try to game the system so you hopefully don't fall prey to it like I did. After disputing the charge, Healthcare Supply Pros appealed it and stated that they sent all the items I ordered. Their "proof" of this was to send a copy of my order/ packing list to the credit card fraud dept. I was then asked to provide proof that they ripped me off. I provided the packing slip showing all the things I had paid for (but hadn't received) as well as a photo of the box they sent full of diaper wipes and a signed letter detailing how I had attempted to call them and email them. However, "proving" my attempts is impossible since this scam company doesn't' have a working phone number and the only way to contact them otherwise is a "contact us" box on their website rather than an actual working email. VERY CONVENIENT if you operate a scam because then folks have no proof they wrote to you either. So basically, you pay them a large sum of money for medical supplies, you are instead shipped garbage such as diaper wipes. They hope I guess that a big company might not notice I guess. But if you open it and do notice it isn't what you ordered, they hope that by including a correct packing list and having no reachable customer service department that you will give up and lose your dispute. If you are unfortunate enough to do business with these people, you must do the following: take photos of the box you receive on the outside, inside, any packing slips and any goods they might send. Photograph their website showing a non-working phone number and their "contact us box" after you have written your complaint to them just to show you tried. Then you can show all of the above to your credit card company who will reward you by crediting your card back. Thankfully for me, I won against this scam and had them reported to VISA and MASTERCARD as a fraudulent business. ***** As a follow up on Ryan C's response from the company, I notice that nowhere in your heartfelt response did you indicate that maybe just maybe your company might consider getting a working phone number or email address. Tell me how many legitimate businesses in the U.S. function intentionally for years without any working phone number. Also, if you were so concerned and want to do the right thing, then why did your company appeal my dispute and lie to the credit card company stating that you sent me the equipment I ordered??? That doesn't sound like doing the right thing to me. And finally, I would never in a million years give you my name or address. I might as well go hand my wallet over to a pickpocket. I have a tendency not to reveal personal details to criminals.

But when I did reach someone they rectified it and got equipment out to me. Unfortunately , they told the driver the wrong equipment, but Tay Scott had my POC on his truck.Tay was so helpful and took care of my situation .     Generally, I am not one to post negative comments about a service provider unless it is really bad…read more If you are in the Autin, TX area and using Hospice for a loved one, please try to make sure you do not work with a company called Aerocare for delivery, set up or pick up of equipment. They are terrible and the manager Ashley is as rude as they come. Last week they called wanting to pick up the equipment Hospice had provided because we had removed Dad from Hospice care. I was not made aware a pickup was occurring last week so I asked them to wait a few days until Friday, so I had time to order a bed for my Dad so he would have somewhere to sleep. On Friday, Aerocare was supposed to pick up the Hospice provided equipment. They supposedly called Dad's facility but did not ask for the person I directed them to for coordinating the pickup. So, they reached someone who was unaware of the situation and that was their excuse for not picking up the hospital bed, etc. on Friday. On Saturday, furniture delivery group shows up and cannot put Dad's new bed together because Aerocare has not picked up the Hospice equipment and there is not enough room to have two beds up in the apartment. Today, Aerocare calls me all upset because they have equipment out there no one is paying for, and I reminded Ashley they were supposed to pick it up on Friday. So, Ashley gets all rude and tells me she is done talking to me and she is done being nice about it. At that point, I told her to stop calling me then and work with Hospice to pick up the equipment and that I would make certain when we need Hospice again, we will not be working with their company. I also assured her I would be reaching out to her boss about the how the entire situation has been handled when she refused to provide me her manager's contact information, telling me she is the manager. What a way to treat people just trying to do the right thing for the LO's...
