I purchased them on Dec 20th for a Christmas gift. The manager said, no problem, because its Christmas you will have extra time to return the glasses. Today, Jan 17th I go to return the glasses, which have been in the original packaging since purchased. The store clerk first tried to tell me it was too late to return them. I asked what is too late? She said well its almost been a month since you purchased these. Then she takes them and uses a grey cloth to "polish" the glasses and tells me they have scratches. When I ask her to show me so I could film it, she asks me to leave the store. I am so upset. Once I get home, I look them up and find that they want you contact the store first to resolve complaints. I called the phone number, but it was out of order. So I called the 2nd store located in the Outlet mall. I told the lady what happened and asked her for the mailing address of where to send a formal written complaint. The lady on the phone told me I was too agitated and that I could googIe it myself. She then hung up on me.

Dr. Katherine Dang and the staff at San Gabriel Eye Center made it almost pleasurable. The staff is nice, quick and competent. They do the y and pre-test quickly and soon you're in the exam room. No waiting around here - Dr. Dang was with me in about one minute. Complete, thorough eye exam delivered very personally. Dr. Dang did not rush me in and out either.
