It was my son's first full exam and he did well. He was asked if he was making up/guessing at some of the letters but he genuinely couldn't see. I'm glad they asked though being that he's little. With adjustments he was able to see far letters clearly yayyy and we were able to order a lens to help slow his myopia progression. They were also quick to respond and helpful when I asked about his prescription details to order a backup pair for the future.

The front desk extremely rude, when I called her out on it (because she was laughing at me for bringing up my concerns) she said, "I'm not allowed to breathe?" So unprofessional, you will not be passive aggressive with me and think you will have my business. That $39 exam that's "optional" needs to be MENTIONED by the front desk. They try to deceive you into thinking you're singing up paperwork for services. As an extra step to ensure the customer is ok with that extra test being paid for out of pocket or have it separate from the intake paperwork. They know exactly what they're doing. Front desk lady talking about Nikki has been with them for 15 years. Ok and? Nikki caused your office to lose 6 customers in one visit and will never recommend this place to any family or friends. Disgusting treatment. I will make sure all of our family and friends know to stay away.

The practice is located on the lower level of a smaller strip center facing University Blvd. Everyone we met at the practice was friendly and competent. The equipment used for our eye exams seemed to be state-of- the-art. Definitely recommend.

I checked in and got escorted back into a room. I was in the room waiting before 8:30 am even came which was nice. I sat in the room for 30 minutes with no communication that the doctor was behind, nothing. I had to walk out of the room, and go to the front desk to ask to be rescheduled since my appointment was taking so long/delayed. The staff at the front desk could not have cared less, didn't look at me, didn't apologize, nothing. I ended up just saying I'll find another place. Go ANYWHERE but here.

I was a patient here for several years. Left them about 2 years ago. Generally bad customer service…read moreby front line staff and Dr. Butler would rather be right than even attempt to listen to the patient. I needed a reading prescription for computer work. I relayed distance I sit from the screen but the test sheet was continually placed closer than that. When the glasses came they were, predictably, the wrong prescription. When I told Dr. Butler that they were wrong he just argued with me and refused to correct the prescription insisting that I didn't know what I was seeing. He did refund me so there's that but definitely not worth the overall frustration. Went to another doctor who's not so arrogant and, by simply listening, they got the prescription dead on first try.
