I should have went to Amazon. The owner, Dan, sold us a Ricoh mfp. This model (M C240fw) was our second choice since he said that printer that would have been the next generation of our previous model was on backorder. The C240fw was a total fail for us. It didn't function with our software. Office Supplies Unlimited offered "support" that was at best, a complete waste of money and time. On top of all of that, the toner for this printer must be bought through a Ricoh dealer, such as this company, and costs about $600 for replacement cartridges. Which we needed every few months. When one of the cartridges started leaking toner throughout the copier and turning every document pink, Dan wouldn't replace or refund for the defective toner that we bought from him due to the "age of the printer and toner." Again, we bought the printer from him earlier in the year and the incredibly expensive toner from him a couple months prior. At this point, we are draining the last bits of toner from the cartridges and then will be throwing the printer into the trash. Which we should have done before spending any money on the toner or support, but I just didn't expect to have such a lack of accountability from this company. Frankly, we feel like we were robbed, but lesson learned....

Brandon Scott, the owner of BLR Commercial of which-Danielle Sheridan the property manager and Sierra Gonzalez the community manager of Ventura Garden Apts in North Highlands is employed, is complicit in the violation of my rights as a tenant! His employees named above continue to act in violation of the protections afforded to me due to a pending state/affirmative action investigation taking place in November. They have continued to retaliate against me and help another tenant in a civil matter pertaining to an altercation. Not only did he do nothing when I was violently attacked by another tenant and her boyfriend who isn't a resident but continues to live here in violation of that tenants lease, but he attempted to allow his employees to testify on the perpetrators behalf in court, while being fully aware of the state investigation centering around harassment and retaliation!!! Sierra Gonzalez and Danielle Sheridan accuse me of "barging into the office and demanding attention" I haven't been to Sierra's office since the beginning of July lmao and that was to discuss rent and what I owed, which is her literal job. Also, she has office hours posted but is often there outside those hours and I work full time so again, not sure how me inquiring about what is owed for rent is harassment. I am also accused of sending harassing emails. However the phone to their main office has been disconnected for over a year and save driving over an hour to their main office in Stockton, how else am I to get in contact with them as the alternate phone numbers provided are text only/automated voice messages that voicemails are never returned from? I've had both my cousins pretend to be prospective renters and their inquiries were never responded to and voicemails never returned. Bottom line these people are some of the most unprofessional, apathetic slumlords I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Do not do any business dealings with these people as they are untrustworthy and will not help with anything you need help with! I've reported to Sierra multiple times throughout the last year and filled out two work orders to fix my tub that has been progressively peeling and is still peeling til this day and have gotten nowhere with that. Not only that but she came into my home 7/29/21 under the guise of doing a roach abatement and left my apartment in a disarray. They took my whole kitchen apart and left it there on the floor for me to clean up, dead roaches in plain sight and everything and ignored my initial attempts to get the situation remedied, resulting in me having to complain to code enforcement and drive the hour and change to their corporate office in Stockton to get a response! If demanding justice and that these people do the jobs they are paid to do constitutes harassment then I'm guilty! These people don't care and have no problem trying to cover up their lies and shady dealings! They deleted their last account to hide the review I posted there but I will have justice! And I will keep warning potential business associates and future renters about these people and their unscrupulous business dealings and disgustingly manipulative coercive tactics!!
