The staff was very friendly and we were seated immediately. The decor is typical of a Texas style Mexican restaurant. The food is amazing. I will definitely eat here again when in town.

We always love eating the fajitas for 2 when we come. Lots of food for a good price. Also love the cantaritos they serve; our favorite drink! I will say I don't care much for their tortilla chips. Wish they were crunchier, but other than that I love the food.

Excellent food. The Chorizo and egg breakfast with a side of rice was delicious and the perfect amount of food. It comes with potatoes and beans. I would definitely recommend.

    Out of this world enchiladas!

I can't describe how delicious this food was... My husband and I went due to the wonderful reviews I read, oh my gosh thank goodness we tried it!!! I was just describing the meal we had to my adult son, and I actually drooled!!!! It's a simple place, not much to behold but what they lack in decor they absolutely make up for it with the outstanding food!!! I've been to many fancy restaurants and yes, it's nice to be surrounded by pretty things, but if the food isn't very good what's the point? The lovely waitress gave us chips and two sauces while we looked over the menu. The chips were very tasty and the sauces were extraordinary!!!!! Oh my goodness, one was a red sauce, so fresh and flavorful. The other was green (verde?) and I could have just eaten that all day! My husband ordered the chicken chimichanga meal with green chili, I ordered chicken enchiladas. Ok- now for the drooling....... These dishes were incredible!!!!!!!!!!! So fresh!! So tasty!!!! So AMAZING!!!!!!! The rice and beans were out of this world too! Both dishes were stuffed with the most delicious chicken, my husbands chimichanga was served with the most phenomenal green chili we've ever tasted ( he's from Pueblo Colorado which is green chili central too) he ate the entire meal which astounded me because he has a small appetite. My enchiladas were unbeatable as well. I tried the guacamole on my husband's dish and I nearly swooned because it was so good!! Everything we ate was top notch, I honestly haven't had such a perfect meal in years. In case you haven't ever been here, you should know that when it's time to leave you need to go to the cash register to pay. We sat around for quite some time waiting for the waitress to bring the check then we figured it out to go to the register to pay! But it gave me more time to eat so that was good!!!!

The chef was gluten free and made us an amazing meal! The steak fajitas were perfect. Large portions.

It's spicy, but so stinking good! Every time we're in Western Nebraska we eat here and get a bag to go! (My photo is that which we brought home) So why four stars instead of five? The atmosphere. It's in a Quonset and there is really no atmosphere at all. It's a bar. And the bathrooms are a little sketchy. If atmosphere isn't a deal breaker, you'll want to try this place.

The employee who brought our food had been washing dishes. When our order was ready, he pulled his hands straight out of the dirty dishwater, didn't dry them or wash them first, and immediately picked up our plates to bring them to our table. That was very unsanitary and made us uncomfortable. On top of that, he didn't greet us when he dropped off the food, and after we thanked him, he didn't even acknowledge us or say "you're welcome." I also noticed the cooks in the kitchen preparing food without wearing gloves the entire time we were there. While gloves aren't always legally required if proper handwashing is followed, after seeing how our food was handled, it definitely didn't inspire confidence in the restaurant's hygiene practices. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness concerns and poor customer service, I don't plan on returning Don't get me wrong the food was good but sure did lose my appetite after watching all this.

Would you be okay with that"? After flying to Colorado and then driving three hours to get to Nebraska, that didn't seem appealing. Well, everyone was hungry so we took it. The table was awful to sit at. I had to sit on the corner of the table and so did someone else in our party. Bean dip and chips were on the table. That bean dip was so good. The salsas were great as well. If you want more chips and bean dip, they do charge you for it. Just a heads up. I ordered the chicken tacos - not great. No flavor at all. The tacos were a nice size. But I really couldn't eat them unless I added a ton of salsa. My husband ordered the fish tacos and didn't eat his said "these are the plainest fish tacos I have ever eaten. I just can't make them taste good no matter what I do" People seem to love this place. The waitress was GREAT! She was so on top of us, had a great disposition and smile. She was the only blonde working the room. I can't remember her name. It was insanely loud in the back room. If I lived here, this would not be a destination for me.
