I wish I could give zero stars. Went in today to pick up my prescription, a power outage took out…read morethe system. Ok, not thier fault. But what got me is they have no functional backup system. I'm not trying to fill some pain pills or something, I'm not trying to abuse the system. I'm a man fighting a tumor who needs my meds to simply survive and I need to take these meds at a certain time once per week. What really got me is the lady behind the counter tells me that "even if I could fill it, I don't have the needles you need to take it" and those would be a few days out. No backup system, nothing in stock despite the app saying it was in and ready for pickup. This is the type of thing that lands people in the ER. It has a real impact on lives. Once the system is back, I'll pick up my meds, call my doctor, and transfer everything to literally anywhere else. This is not just wrong, it's cruel. Do not fill your meds here. Do not shop here. Do not support a business that doesn't care at all about the lives and wellbeing of people counting on them for medication.

Parking is plentiful in this plaza and all around CVS. They also have a drive thru that you can utilize for the pharmacy. Best to call to make sure the pharmacy workers are not at lunch. Came in and there was just one worker checking someone out. As I was waiting less than 2mins, another worker came up and helped me. I was in and out within 5mins. Picture prints were decent, and good as it's free. With the CVS app, I realized I have a few coupons I can utilize plus some reward dollars. 2 sets of 10. 4x6 prints Deodorant Make up concealer = $4 Impressive and I'm happy that I saved so much. Will need to remember to use this CVS more.

I asked her a question this morning, and she just told me, I don't know! it was about if my extra card coupons will be taken out at the self service counter. I visited again for the first time in years when my niece needed to pick up her prescriptions and only went through the drive thru. I will have to say that they had extreme patience with my niece considering one of her dogs would not shut up while they were trying to explain her meds to her. They remained very polite and professional. The last time I stepped foot in here was years upon years ago, but it was very well kept at that time. I will have to see if that is still the case here in 2026. I plan to move near here soon, so maybe I will post an update to this review, if I ever step foot here again? Well, of course I will. It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

The two staffers made no acknowledgement of me as I entered and when it was time to check out, I opted for the Self Checkout since the woman was sharing a long and detailed story about how she "got her own CVS store after seven years." When my transaction was complete, I left and there was nothing from the CVS team as I departed. I only stopped here because I had a coupon though at least the store was clean and well-organized inside, made it easy for me to get what I needed without any assistance from the chatty employees!

Unfortunately this CVS is really rough in pretty much every way. The building itself looks tired, like it was out on The Strip last night and hasn't made it home yet to go to sleep. When I walked in, neither employee acknowledged me and I was the only customer in the store. I found the things that I wanted and proceeded to self-checkout. One of the items I scanned kept telling me that it needed assistance. When old Mabel came over, she pulled some sticker off of the item and looked at me like it was my fault, as if I had put it there. Once we got past that, I was able to check out and be on my way, but wasn't sure why she was so surly about it. Definitely will avoid this location in the future.

The printer wouldn't work, the stupid thing kept glitching, and I was just trying to get my stuff scanned and paid for. Instead of helping, the cashiers Frlinda and Maximo started hounding me like I was a criminal trying to steal. They wouldn't leave me alone, staring and accusing me with their attitude over THEIR malfunctioning equipment. I didn't even need them - the machines were the problem like the printer not working Then some white-haired lady with glasses (manager) gets called over without me asking for anyone. She walks up with this nasty "oh how can I help you" fake energy, acting like she's doing me a favor. Zero actual help. Just more attitude. When I explained the machines were broken, she was a total a****** too. I didn't catch her name because I was so disgusted and pissed off I just stormed out. They even had the nerve to act like buying groceries for my mom "wasn't allowed." What kind of backwards store is this? This place is very racist despite their check cashiers being Filipino. The profiling and harassment was obvious and disgusting. Broken machines + rude, accusatory staff who treat paying customers like thieves = never shopping here again. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Corporate needs to train these people or fire them. Absolute trash service.
