Short Version - Get the truffle tots and Reuben sandwich. Good stuff. Still Pretty Short Version - The truffle Parmesan tater tots were awesome. Even as they got cold (we had a few things going), they stayed delicious. The Cajun fries were delicious as well, and the Reuben was one of the best I've had in a while. Specifically, the corned beef was legit, non-deli corned beef, and was tender, flavorful, moist, and not stringy at all. Even the rye holding it all together was great. Fresh and crispy on both sides. The amount of sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing was appropriate, and there was no indication of the oh-so-common "soak through" disease that seems to plague Reuben sandwiches everywhere. If they keep that up, I'll unquestionably get it again next time. (Seriously. Zero doubt. That sandwich, my face.)

They do reubens, cheeseburgers (double to be honest), hot dogs, French fries, tatter tots & many fast foods you'd for one expect from a place like this which is a bit of a staple in the town of Agawam. This one was at an event here in this area where I live & now the word this by me should help you guys out if you spot them least know you're in good competent hands to be fed well in fact & if you opt to hire them don't worry because they're primo.

Blake House Café - The Brazil - smoked version of the classic Cuban (smoked ham, pulled pork, banana peppers, Swiss cheese, mustard aioli on Portuguese roll)

Smoked brings the real deal: ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, and other Southern comfort food that's so not what I was expecting in the way of typical cafeteria fare. We ordered the Brazil sandwich (smoked Cuban), all hail Caesar salad with chicken, and a large fries. The food took its sweet time arriving but was worth the wait. The Cuban was delicious, as was the flavorful bbq chicken that topped the salad, although I wish I'd gotten dressing on the side as the salad was overdoused. Fries are the best kind of fries I like, with that extra crispy and blistered seasoned coating yet hot and pillowy on the inside. It's a homey operation and Chef Bruce B. Williams Jr. was out there personally manning the counter and kitchen. You don't have to be a museum visitor to eat there, but 5 stars for being a casual cafe with good eats I would actually leave the complex for, and am glad I didn't have to.

The paninis have a good crust, and the staff is flexible enough to switch ingredients around as you like. You could go somewhere else for lunch after visiting the museums, but there's no real need to.
