From the exceptional food and drinks to the warm hospitality and beautiful location, every visit is a wonderful experience. the service is always welcoming and attentive. I've recommended DAMA to so many friends over the years, and it has become a favorite for them as well. It's rare to find a restaurant that maintains such a high standard year after year, but DAMA does exactly that. I truly love this place and can't recommend it enough. I have several favorite dishes and celebrated many birthdays here. Thank you for six incredible years--I look forward to many more.

Cute building with lovely patio seating: from the trailing hanging pothos plants, Spanish tiles, to relaxing latin-house music the vibes were welcoming. I'm not much of a drinker though, when asked if I wanted to make my pina colada a "float" I thought incorrectly about ice cream. It was graciously explained that you take an additional shot of rum and float it on top of the drink or mix in to make it extra boozy. The pina colada is top notch they hollow out a real pineapple to make the drink and it's the size of your face! The watermelon cocktail was delicious and there is also a mezcal option. Tasted like if a watermelon aqua Fresca was combined with a margarita, there is a hint of salt that brings out the fruit sweetness. We special ordered a bunch of different proteins and vegetables at half portions to make a feast: Aguachile- Light refreshing starter, kanpachi perfectly marinated and great for the summer heat. Crispy potato- Phenomenally done fingerling potatoes. Whipped beans- Carnitas on top made this dish. Fried chicken tacos- Found the chicken slightly on the dry side, if there was a creamy/thicker sauce would be even better... nothing wrong with flavor, good mild heat. I did enjoy the fresh shredded cabbage and carrots, reminded me of bahn mi. Empanadas- Loved the acidity of the sauce that cut through the fattiness of the ground meat. Light shell. Crispy Squash flower- Delicate crunch, like an angelic version of a jalapeno popper. Lamb chops- Definition of "treat-yourself" luxurious meat lollipops. Celery salad- Simple dish but the lemon flavor and tartness really helped break up the richness of other dishes. Churros- Light crunch and small, petite dessert. The thin caramel sauce is addicting. Fine dining, for those special occasions or if you just want to splurge for a morale boost highly recommend this restaurant. Valet parking or park across the street or around the corner in a lot for $5-10.

First, the staff are all so kind and welcoming. You feel like you are having dinner in someone's living room. It is so beautiful and cozy and warm. Perfect for a date night! We came on a Wednesday night and had a reservation and got in right away. We shared everything family-style. Note, the portions are small but the food is delicious and for the price it is right on. Next time, may order two of one dish. We got the cucumber herb salad, the potatoes gravas, the elote corn, the flank steak, and the summer margarita pizza. All were fantastic. Next time, we'll get more than one pizza and may skip the flank steak. For dessert we had the cookie with gelato (gelato is SO GOOD) and the pop tart. You must get the pop tart!!!!! It is sooooo good and so unique. Overall, we can't wait to return and take pictures next time!

There is breakfast Bruno in the menu in the yelp review, and that's why I went there. However, the coffee guy said they took Bruno from their menu 4-6 months ago. I highly recommend that the owner take a little time to update the online review and pictures. 3. The coffee table is sticky and dirty. We can see some jam left from last customer on the table. 4. This is the first breakfast cafe I went to served our expensive, cold and soggy pastries in a paper bowl. 5. The latte is cold as well. My husband has to pull his hot coffee to the latte to make it warm. 6. I chose this place because of online views. How can this place earn 5 full stars ?????? 7. At the end, I and my husband made a bet. This place will close in 18 months. Is there anyone bet together with us?

Come for the views and apps, but stay for the amazing service by Gloria!…read more We've had the privilege of having Gloria serve us several times now, and she is absolutely amazing every single time. She is attentive, welcoming, and truly elevates the entire experience. The food and drinks here are top-tier. Their lemon pepper dry rub wings are hands-down some of the best wings I've ever had! The cocktails are always delicious, and we love ordering the traditional guacamole. Pro-tip for the nachos: they are great, but we like asking for the chips on the side so you can use them as a dip (though they could use a little more meat on them next time!). The hotel itself is very nice, and the rooftop provides a beautiful setting whether it's a romantic date night or a family night out. Just a heads up that parking can be a little tricky in the lot, but they do offer valet to make things easy. Highly recommend this spot! and if you go, definitely ask for Gloria!

We also checked out the rooftop, which has a great vibe, but keep in mind it's only for appetizers and drinks. If you're planning on having dinner, you'll want to eat downstairs first. The grilled broccoli was honestly the standout dish--packed with flavor and something I'd definitely order again. The molcajete was also really good. My only complaint was that the steak had some pretty large bones, so there wasn't as much meat as I expected. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10. Definitely worth checking out for the atmosphere, good food, and fair prices. And service was good.
