We ordered Mesquite Rotisserie Grilled Chicken, Brisket Burnt Ends, Frenchy fries, Mac and Cheese, and Corn Bread. Both meats were REALLY GOOD. The tenderness and flavor were on spot. The sides were a bit disappointing. Frenchy fries were a bit overdone and Mac and cheese was very mushy and bland. The corn bread was good though. This week I had a bit of an internal struggle between this and another truck but before you know it I was placing an order and waiting for some wings and fries.The food didn't take long to come out and once i found a seat I bit into my first wing and I have to be honest, it was a little underwhelming. The chicken itself was juicy and very tender, but the chicken itself didn't really have any sort of flavour to it. Maybe I'm missing the point, but it was just lacking that little bit of something to really make them great. The fries were seasoned and actually really good and I most certainly finished those. I will say that the servings here are definitely pretty large and the six wings and fries will leave you unable to order from a 2nd truck.
