This was the perfect camper for them and Larry's worked with them to get the most for the trade in and work through some hail related insurance issues. Pete was a great salesman working with them and Don was a hoot. They went out of their way to get our new camper ready to travel the very next weekend. Larry's got me good sold me an 11,000 trailer that leaks like a sive, guy who prepped it for said it was his Friends. If it was his friends he knew about the leak. Bought and outdoor boiler from this place. 6 business signs and only 1/2 in operation probably should've been my first warning. The Hawkins outdoor boilers were very nice. Agreed on a price with the owner. Gave more than I normally would for a down payment. The installer came out for the final measurements and asked why I bought the bigger model. Jim the owner talked me into that model. He said the 3500 would work. Called and got into an argument with the owner. Then said the owner couldn't afford the switch and I had already agreed. They showed up a few weeks later. Destroyed my backyard and basement. Never installed anything but the pipe inside and left. A few weeks of calls and the owner said he couldn't complete my job without full payment. Full payment for something I haven't seen and is now late. Again after agreeing to everything up front. Finally called the better business bureau. Miraculously if was installed a few days later. Since I've had nothing but problems. They didn't level the unit when they set it. Installed the water heater block on top of my existing water heater. Their fittings leaked. Took out my water heater and electric to my house. Every single fitting has leaked. Furnace died because of moisture in the control. HVAC guy said from the radiator they put in. My $12500 boiler is now up to about $18000 and still hasn't worked right since day one. Hawkins went out of business so the warranty is gone. But my problems were caused by Larry's RV not Hawkins. Oh and a couple years after it was installed I found out they never went and got the permits. Thankfully the township knew they weren't a reputable business and helped correct that part. Avoid this place at all cost. Friendly as can be until they get your money!!! read more

I am a frequent out-of-state buyer of an vehicles, and I rely heavily on user reviews when considering a particular establishment. So I would like to share my experience with others in case it may help someone out. I was looking for a specific model of a Venture travel trailer RV and found Larry's RV through my research. They had the model I wanted so I contacted them and spoke to a salesperson named Rich. He was professional and prompt during all electronic communications, and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Larry's RV was about 550 miles from my location, and the owner of this business agreed to personally delivery this RV to my city. His name was Jim, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. This deal went smoothly and the price was fair. The follow-up was also impressive. The RV that I purchased did not come with the correct mattress, and Larry's followed up with the manufacturer and had the correct item shipped to my address. If any other out-of-state shoppers are considering Larry's RV, then I have no problem giving this place a strong recommendation. read more

We spent $300 for Larry to fix the battery problem. When we went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. They had to jump it 3 times. It took an hour. They still charged us $300. AND no one wears a mask. 0 read more

While pulling travel trailer, the 7-way connector came loose from the truck and dragged on the ground, completely shot. We were in Jackson and made a short drive to Larry's RV Center. Bob, the service manager, promptly came out, replaced the connections, and gave us some helpful tips. He knew exactly what he was doing and got us in and out quickly. I took my utility trailer in for repairs. I asked to have one bent leaf spring replaced along with one taillight replaced. They decided to replace both leaf springs with larger ones - service 1 hour each ($130 per hr.) and replace one taillight (doesn't even match existing one) at 1 hour service. Total of $527.27. Please avoid these con artists at all cost! read more

Larry's RV service dept.-Horrible ! Called for Estimate for insurance claim, Was told to bring camper in for inspection & estimate Tuesday (8-30-16). Called Friday morning (9-2-16 ) was told "maybe we'll get around to it this afternoon". Waited for a call, nothing. Went in Wednesday morning (9-7-16) was told the repair guy wasn't in yet but as soon as he gets in they will get an inspection & estimate. Was very unhappy, told them no, I 'm here to pick up the camper. Service manager was unprofessional and rude. His attitude projected our business was not important to them. His statement "WHAT EVER MAKES YOU HAPPY" prompted me to take our business elsewhere. read more
