He said he would check on it and get back with me. Now for the good part: I called him a week later, and he said he had proof that he replaced the rear shocks: according to his records, he ordered and received the parts, and they are no longer in the shop. That proved he replaced them. He refused to accept responsibility or listen to reason. I do not think he will be in business very long. I had the dealership change the shocks. They tried to charge me for a tie-rod that they did not replace. I caught it; they changed it. They have too many shocks in stock. Peace

Graff is a select partner with my insurance company, and closest to my home so I went with them to get the work done. Such a great choice. They got the estimate done very quickly, only took them about 15 minutes and then provides it to my insurance company the next day (I went in at the end of the day). I was worried that my car was going to be totaled, due to the fact that it is an older car, and they worked to find used parts from other vendors to lower the estimate as much as they could - by about $600. I told my mechanic at the shop that I really wanted to save the car, as it was my great grandmothers and has been really good to me. He respected that and mentioned to me that he told the insurance company this as well which I thought was awesome. They also paid for my loaner for the time they were working on my car which was nice. Picked up the ol' Buick today and it looks great. They did great work and the car is riding very nicely. Paint matches on the new parts with what was on he car. Really happy with it. Communication with Graff was great during the whole process. From the estimate, to waiting for the parts to get in, to when the work was being done, and when the car was ready for pick up. Great job, Graff! Really happy that my car lives to see another day.

They were able to take a look at the car on Tuesday morning and allowed us to take some time deciding next steps. They were polite in all of their communications and we were really grateful for their flexibility. We paid $300 for the diagnostic fee, but they had to do quite a bit of work to get to the problem. Ultimately we scraped the car, but they allowed us to keep the car on their lot until we could come back down on Friday. Overall very grateful for their help!

They called me and said that the leak was from the rack and pinion and the cost would be $1400.00 I picked up my vehicle on a Thursday afternoon and by the time I drove to work 16 miles from my home I had no power steering again! Drop off car again! I spoke to Nate and said to him that they have me driving an unsafe vehicle. Not only was the power steering out, the fluid was all leaking out on to the manifold and was smoking like crazy. That could have led to a fire. I was laughed at . After my third time in with the same issue and a 1400 unnecessary repair. I asked again about the valve and guess what . It was the valve all along. Nothing I said when I took it in was written down or even listened to. I got half my money back but have lost all trust in them!! Rude employees, mechanic's that don't actually look at the original complaint or listen to what the customer has to say about their own vehicles.

Fixing my 1999 Honda in a desperate situation These guy…read morerock! Had a serious brake problem with leaking brake line and fuel line. The car sits for 10 months a year in a protected garage.We come to Michigan for the fall season. Fired up the car , had no brakes and could smell gas. This is a summer only car so no exposure to winter salted roads so little rust...but it is a 20 year old car. Checked all over Jackson, Mi for someone to repair the problem...of course most every repair shop was two to four days out before they could "look" at it. These guys immediately looked at it and gave me the prognostics. The repair was more complex than the rest of the day would allow to repair so they lent me their loaner car to use so I could pick up the wife that night a the Detroit airport. All repaired the following day by 10 A.M. Granted any repair of this magnitude is expensive but i feel it was fair and has a 2yr/24k warranty on the repair. You go TAMROX To make the cost a little less painful to my wallet that also gave me a 10% new customer discount off labor!!!!! Great folks!
