Our rental had to be changed last minute, unfortunately, but the replacement was beautiful and they were very considerate and attentive to filling-in where we might have any needs due to the downsizing. The king mattress was so comfortable, we had the best sleep! The bunks needed additional padding which we were able to obtain from family camping nearby. We had to provide our own bedding and bathing towels, but otherwise we had all that we needed. As a first-time RV renter, we were able to show up at our appointed place and time, and and enjoy ourselves knowing we were in good hands. Highly recommend using Green's, they work hard, and are tops in communication.

It's a meaningful expense, so we were greatly assured by the good communication, prompt responsiveness and great care they took of us. The thoughtful touches were evident as we rented, a first aid kit on board, ample kitchen supplies and clear teaching about the unit when we took it out. I needed some awning clips last summer and the guy showed me the new ones and said, "I think I have some used ones in the back" and then gave me the price on those, which were certainly a lot cheaper. I also needed some other random parts and screws and he just gave me a couple of them rather than charging me. This is what gets me back in the store. The other day I was looking for an extension cord for my RV and went out of my way to stop in here. Same guy was there trying to eat his lunch, but he stopped and went into the back to check if they had what I was looking for. They didn't in this case but he immediately offered to order it for me. A great mix of parts and accessories and very knowledgeable staff make this my "go to" stop when I need something.
