However, when I picked up the car, they added a mystery $3.00 charge and then $7.00 for an "extra quart of oil". In the end, with their shop supplies and tax, the oil change was $97.00, more than the dealer. I won't be going back.

Frank took a Powerfull Impact Hammer Wrench to my front axle connection, hammered it for more then 15 minutes, and damaging the front drivetrain to the point that the axle was Distored at the Connection To Transmission and at Rotor Assembly.,.. his experiance must from a Mexico junk yard demolation - rather then being at a certifed proper mechanic training ; the axle was damaged & distorted causing the car to vibrate while driving. The new part he was to install even had a instruction sheet available stating not to apply a power torque wrench to the front end part he took apart -- in fact it was not necessary at all to take apart the axle from the rotor in doing the job he was told to to--- Frank does not know the correct way to do important auto repairs. I spoke to Jeff about the damage they caused after driving the car with shakey viberation and damaged ride - but he could not care -.. he got my money & the customer got screwed. Left feeling very satisfied after asking for a complete review of a 2008 Toyota Corolla with 150k miles. Thought I needed a new timing belt (nope, Joe said I have a reliable Timing Chain); new plugs (still good); brakes (similar to other places); tires (new I needed, but winter coming, so replaced at same prices as Just Tires); and other 150k mile service. They even told me where I didn't need things I asked for. Left feeling like I wasn't stiffed (felt that way after leaving the Toyota Dealership in town). I estimated about $1,800 - $2,000 when I dropped off and left with a $1,250 tag, which was better than I thought I'd walk out. Felt satisfied with service. If you can drop off the car the night before and not worry about it the day, Joe's the place.
