Quick easy check in. Lots of free parking. Free internet. Room is spacious and clean. Lots of towels provided. Close to stores. The deposit is $150 which is higher than other hotels. A one night stay is about average price for the area. They have FREE laundry (washer and dryer). Free breakfast. Free coffee all day in lobby. Very nice staff and super helpful. They have the main entrance as well as back and side entrances. My stay here at Larkspur was awesome and I will be back for sure.

Buyers beware! Personally went into the hotel, showed my military identification, quoted $108. Charged over $200, then they billed me for $150 "incidental" which was refunded after I called. The online rates showed $91. Rather than deal with the online platform, I paid the hotel directly. Anyway, the beds were horrible, facilities dirty and dusty so I left 5 hours after checking in. I physically handed the key back and checked out. Didn't argue about paying the daily rate...but I didn't expect to be charged almost double.

My friend and I got a room here on a pinch. There were many rooms that were booked between Santa Cruz and Novato during Labor day weekend. However, Larkspur Landing came through- a room that was less than $200 served the perfect purpose for the evening. The room was equipped with a queen sized bed, a kitchenette, decent size bathroom and a desk for working. The sink however did not drain very well. Overall it was a clean place to sleep and the bed was moderately comfortable. A very limited free breakfast was served of coffee/tea, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, sausage, and waffles. A cute little area where you can consume your breakfast is inviting and welcoming.

An amazing stay! My…read morefriend has been staying at Hyatt House for an extended stay and had me over for a few nights. I was amazed by the property and its many amenities. This hotel is set-up much like a nice apartment complex. Her room was the One Bedroom King Suite. It was very spacious and has everything you may need for a long stay. The bed was comfortable (but lacked in pillows in my opinion). The sofa easily converts into a bed which is nice for having guests over. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a little small but the vanity is huge. The closet is also very spacious. There are large TVs in both the living and bedrooms which is a nice touch. The amenities are great too. There is a basketball/pickleball court, pool, grill, and hot tub outside. It feels very communal. People are always lounging out at the tables and around the pool. There are also fire pits to relax at. There is a nice gym, market, and small lobby bar. There is also complementary breakfast every morning (which is actually very good). They offer omelets made fresh to order with other items that rotate daily. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! One thing I did notice is that after a while, even with the constant room service and a clean room, the room develops a little bit of a stale smell. Unfortunately, the windows don't open, but if you leave the door open, it will air out. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Their breakfast was awesome with personally made omelets. Honestly their small little yogurt parafaits cupw were what had me waking up early in the morning to have breakfast. There's 2 options for them. Ones with frozen berries and plain yogurt. I tried both multiples times. For the plain one I would add pineapple from the fresh fruit bar. I loved the texture and taste of the yogurt. If I ever had to stay in pleasanton again I'd book almost solely for that yogurt and the dog friendly vibe.

It was sufficient so can't complain. 3 stars As a Bonvoy member, I had the app but noticed I didn't get a digital key card to bypass having to check in at the Lobby desk. When I entered my room, the body wash was empty. When I asked the front desk for more, they said there's no one that works in room service in the evenings. I return in the evening and nothing. I reach out a third time and they said their co worker will deliver it. I wait 45 minutes and nothing. I call a fourth time and they said the co worker told them they delivered it (they did not). Finally, five minutes later I receive it. Worst customer service ever!

Pillows were too soft for me, u can fold them like a crane! All the staff (Nick, Isiah, Dawn, Miguel, Issac, forgot the young lady's name) was accommodating, Mark was lackluster.. Breakfast is served daily 6:30-930 (10am on wknds). No bacon, you make your own Belgium waffles, or pancakes, turkey or pork sausage, eggs (powdered or liquid..) oatmeal, coffee, etc. It was VERY quiet my whole stay, I was on the 1st floor. I kept the "Do not disturb" sign up the whole time, and they didn't bug me. They actually had to call me twice because I guess by law housekeeping has to come in. They asked what time I wanted them to come, and when they came I only wanted them to vacuum, and clean the tile floors. It's $2 to wash, $1.50 to dry, and they have quarters at the front desk for you-no credit card machine. The only thing that drove me CRAZY was that they have ONE cart to carry luggage to your room, and the thermostat!!!!! I went floor to floor looking for the cart and it wasn't there.. It took forever for me to bring things to my room! They should at least have 3 carts for that size hotel. It's cold out so I turned the heat on. The max on the thermostat is 78 degrees, but once it reaches that temp, all this cold air comes out! Even if u turn it "off" there's still the fan blowing COLD air! I ended up covering it w/ a bath towel, and put a can of soup on top of the towel to hold it in place..smh. Even if the temp drops to 77 degrees the heat won't come on, you have to let it go down to 76 for the heat to come on again- I dunno why. I asked Nick about this and he said he had talked to maintenance about it, but didn't know how to turn off the constant running fan. Oh, the thermostat in the bedroom gets hotter than the living room. I'd definitely stay here again!!

A particular chill in the air. A look that communicates: you may exist, but you need not exist here. I had always assumed this gift belonged exclusively to the Parisian waiter -- perfected over centuries, practically a protected cultural institution. And then I met the bartender at AC Hotel Pleasanton. What she accomplished through a single look, a studied posture, and whatever words she deployed in lieu of a greeting was, objectively, extraordinary. I -- MaisOui Le Frenchy, a man who has approached bars on three continents without once questioning his right to be there -- found myself thinking: what did I do wrong? This is not a sensation I know well. It is also not a sensation any guest should ever know. I did not order a drink. The communication had already been made perfectly clear. The room, for its part, arrived with its own atmosphere: a large, mysterious smear on the exterior of the bathroom door, trailing downward in long dramatic streaks, as though whatever was responsible had made a desperate and unsuccessful bid for freedom. I did not touch it. I did not investigate. One night does not require a formal inquiry. Which is what makes all of this so particularly frustrating. Because the hotel itself is genuinely good. The room is well-appointed, spacious enough to breathe, and the design has been executed with care. The lamps by the pool, in particular, are a small but considered touch -- the kind of detail that signals someone, somewhere, actually thought about the experience. For the business traveler who has suffered through the beige indignities of lesser roadside accommodations -- and I have, more than I care to recount -- this is a meaningful step up. It is worth noting -- and fairness demands that I note it -- that the manager, upon being made aware of the evening's highlights, was gracious, competent, and genuinely concerned. She is, without question, working above her surroundings. The bones are good. The execution, on two particular fronts, was not. Three stars reflects precisely that arithmetic: a four-star property undone by a bartender who should not be facing guests, and a bathroom door that should have been faced by housekeeping. Fix those two things, and this review writes itself differently.

There were some events and a wedding happening, so rooms were not available. Had to call the morning of and was able to get a room a few hours earlier. Parking is complementary which is nice. The room was fairly nice. It seems like a somewhat recent renovation. The shower and bathroom vanity looked great. I believe the vanity was missing a soap holder, and the water pressure of the shower was on the lower side. For the bedroom, the lights were a bit dim (didn't seem like there was overhead lighting). I was on the 3rd floor facing the freeway and the noise wasn't too bad. TV does have apps you can sign into, like YouTube and Netflix. Overall a solid hotel if you're only staying there for the room itself! Also near BART which is a plus.

The first night, housekeeping did an amazing job serving the room. It was exactly what I expected. In fact, because I rarely see good servicing since COVID, I was going to leave a tip. Then the rest of the days came. After that first night, they simply changed the towels and straightened the bed. Nothing more and they didn't empty the trash. The third and fourth days, it was clear the housekeeping team phoned it in. The last night the bed wasn't really straightened. As for the internet. The first three days it worked great. The last night, it kept prompting me to log in and the pop-ups were endless. In the end, it never worked. When I called the front desk to ask them to reverse the charges, the desk clerked laughed at me that I couldn't get the internet working. I'm fairly tech savvy, so I know it wasn't me. See the picture below...and the endless popups. In the end, the Pleasanton Marriott is an OK property, just don't expect a clean room if you're staying more than one night.
