I wanted to eat food that reminded me of the pompous arrogance of the evil Tony Blair, but that would have been Blairego Taco. This is definitely Tex-Mex, and a very good version of it. It's all about the chorizo and eggs and things like that. It's Dirt Cheap because it's in a gas station? Or it's dirt cheap and it's in a gas station? Either way it's dirt cheap. And it's in a gas station! Besides, Lare is a friend of mine and he's wise. So whenever I'm stuck, I ask myself, what would Lare do? read more

The customer service was awful. The employee was rude and Nasty. Nancy needs training is common decency. I am a citizen. When I told what i thought was her boss I was told to file a formal complaint. That website is down. I will never eat here again and canceled my app for 7-11. I'll go to wawa where I'm treated like a person not a second class citizen. This took place on a weekend morning when it was not busy. No excuse. How do find out who to hold accountable? read more

Had previously ordered delivery from them and had a very nice experience. But today I received $40 worth of completely inedible microwave rubber eggs that smell like they are about to go bad. Will never be ordering from here again. read more

Ordered the Barbacoa meal several times before and it was good...but this time it was absolutely terrible and not even edible. I basically got a co tai er full of fatty leftover skin and grease with almost no meat. It was totally disgusting and it went right into the garbage. It. Is a shame because it was so good before, but I will never order again since I can't depend on quality every time. This should never have been served...they should have just cancelled the order is they had nothing but fat left..I feel like they stole from me. I basically paid $30 for tortillas because that was the o my edible thing about the meal. Oh- and they included ONE tiny , tiny salsa co Rainer for a FAMILY Barbacoa meal!!! What a JOKE!!! Do NOT order this - absolutely terrible. read more

This had to have been the worst take out order ive ever experienced. I thought it was a joke. I ordered a steak plate, a taco and a burrito and wverything was inedible. The steak looked like they scraped the blackened grill shavings into a styrofoam box. I couldnt eat any of it. Stale rice and beans. It was so bad. read more

My biggest concern with this company is the lack of English spoken or understood by employees. In a predominately English speaking country this should be a necessity, therefore, I couldn't order, so I don't know how the food tastes. read more

I ordered six tacos and a large Guacamole through DoorDash app to pick up. The app said wait 20 to 35 minutes to go pick the tacos up so I did. When I got to the Taco Laredo on OST and Cullen the taco still wasn't ready and they said they don't even sell guacamole at that location, on top of that the workers had attitude as if I owed them something. This place is trash don't waste your time and money going there !!! read more

Who charges extra for cheese on a taco? Laredo Taco Company! The food was sub-par and it was not hot. It was not even warm. The tacos are also quite messy, but it would be fine if there was more flavor. I do not understand what all the hype is about this place! I would rather go to Tijuana Flats which has better food and at a decent price. ( Florida location) read more

We stopped in to grab some coffee and a quick bite to eat. We ordered 4 taco breakfast specials. Let me tell you, they were delicious. Price is cheap and service was quick and excellent. Tortillas were hand made right there on the spot, as the food is preped and cooked right in front of you. Place is clean as you can see from the pictures. read more

Not worth your money. Their breakfast is pathetic. You get a huge tortilla, lots of eggs and barely no meat. I got the bacon and chorizo tacos. I've eaten many breakfast taco from different places. This is by far the most I've ever ate. I just don't understand why some these places are in business. If you fail to serve quality food, you aren't going to make any money by holding back your meat on your product. If I buy a chorizo breakfast taco, I want to actually taste the chorizo and not just eggs and bread. Come on. You guys needs to step up and serve your customers with better food. I will not ever recommend this place to family, friends and strangers. You lost a customer on this one and many more after they experience what I experienced. read more

It is good to hire people that want to work ,but everyone now how to roll tortillas, 80% of the Laredos I have been in ,ever your work station is dirty and bad attitudes.please we need to have some type on the job training or just sell tostadas ,because tortillas are always hard. Laredo Taco Company - a box of chips and a cell phone - Mexican Near Me - Houston, Texas

There was a mistake on my part--this is for the Laredo Taco Company at the Stripes on S Peek Rd in Richmond, Tx. It is what it is. 90% of the time, the tacos are pretty good. There have been a couple of problems the last two visits. One heavyset white woman who was working had such a major attitude problem when reminded about what she left out of my order. Came home and apparently she squeezed all the tacos in my order & they were watery. Today, I went back because they had put cheese and beans in my order. I never order my breakfast tacos with beans and cheese. The manager said she would fix this. Fix if you mean adding extra potatoes and giving me back the same tacos that still have beans and cheese. I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding because they were extremely busy and she didn't understand what I was saying. The tacos are usually spot on but not today. read more

The food was good but the customer service left alot to be desired. Went to the location on Western near Archer at the 711 and was literally ignored for a good 8 minutes before I was asked if I had questions. Then the staff went to the back awhile before coming back to make the food. Clearly did not want to be bothered read more

Really good grub in a gas station. So I wanted a quick breakfast and based on the reviews I heard this place was legit. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese tacos. The tortilla was made from scratch and delicious, the eggs were real and fluffy while the bacon was perfectly crispy. I was shocked that this place is a full on Mexican buffet of goodness. From fried chicken to flautas, burros and enchiladas. They serve food until 3:00pm and it was a wait because they are so popular. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed. read more

Several months ago I found the Laredo Toco Company in the 7 Eleven store at 26620 Kuykendahl Rd. It is very near my home. I was going a couple days a week to get the breakfast tacos and they were delicious. Several weeks back they were declining in both quality and service. It was so bad that my wife wouldn't get them anymore. I went back this morning and they were out of the eggs I wanted. They were behind the counter working on a to go order and never acknowledged my presence. I waited a couple of minutes and then turned and left. I will not go back. Too bad, I had told many neighbors about them and gave them glowing reports. Not anymore. read more

Had my first experience here today and it was awful. So salty I could not even eat the carnitas taco I got. More fat than meat as well.

The worst tacos I ever had. The chicken is very dry and hard to eat it. The rice was ok and tortilla was good, but the chicken was absolutely the worst I had in a long time. The Laredo Taco always inside of stripe gas station. Their half chicken is really good, but I would stay away from their tacos. read more

Went to the new location they opened in Chicago illinois mckinley park and the food was horrible. Meat was not warm enough. Tortillas were dry. Would never go back. Took the 20 mins to make 4 tacos. Quality of the food was horrible. I've had better tacos than that. The sauce even tase old. Overall the while experience was horrible. No salsa at all. Employees were slow and rude. Food was horrible. They will not have to worry about having me as a customer again.

I knew I should have made this at home, but I was out of flour tortillas and chorizo. Disappointed at the breakfast...it was more egg than chorizo...so not really any chorizo flavor. I also ordered extra tortilla which I did not get. Comparing this to taco cabana...I will stick with Taco Cabana. read more

My fiance swears by these tacos so he brought me here to try them. I thought he was crazy, not knowing what to expect from a taco place inside a gas station...but HOLY CRAP! I had the Carne Asada taco and the Spicy Barbacoa taco. They were amazing! I seriously did not expect to find some of the most delicious tacos I have ever had inside a gas station taco place. I also had a bite of my fiance's chorizo and egg with bean and cheese taco. It was also delicious. They hand make their tortillas in front of you and fill their tacos with amazing tender meat and eggs. You won't be disappointed!! read more

I so wanted to like this place. They have a huge menu, but some are not available, in which I didn't mind. Breakfast tacos are only available before 10:30am, in which you can still get some if they have any left. Their tortillas are homemade and a big size. The downfall was that the two types of tacos I had were soooo salty. I like salt, but not so loaded with it. My first taco was the picadillo, good portion but crazy salty. Then I tried the carnitas with fresh jalapeños. Loved the jalapeños and onions, but again, meat was super salty. Maybe we will give this place another try because as a Texan, breakfast tacos bleed in my veins! read more

Laredo Taco Company - Carnitas - Mexican Near Me - Houston, Texas

I decided to try this out after so many people recommended it, including my sister and cousins. It's located in the Stripes gas station, so I was slightly iffy. First impression was that they were really friendly. I ordered two egg&chorizo, two steak fajitas, one barbacoa, and one egg&sausage for my sister and I. The barbacoa and steak fajita tacos were really greasy and oil spilled out of the foil wrap. I think it was because I got the last serving out of it and she scraped the container clean, along with all the oils on the bottom. The flavorings on the two were good, just hard to finish since it was so greasy. My tortilla was drenched. But the tortilla was was fresh and fluffy on the egg ones, just as they say. I'll give it another chance some other time and hopefully not get the last of the containers. read more

An awesome spot for breakfast tacos. Gas stations are usually overlooked when it comes to a winning breakfast taco but places like Laredo Taco Company inside of Stripes will make people take notice. I love their made from scratch tortillas. They ate unlike any other joint with how they make them. They are like Pakistani parathas. They put generous amounts of filing in the tacos. Two should hold you over. They even have a decent salsa bar. Prices are great and they have 99 cent deals all the time. read more

I stopped in because of the commercials and how big the burritos are I'll start by saying that's a damn lie they charge almost 10 bucks for toothpicks, they are good but they are putting it to the working man so I went back to mc Donald breakfast and if I add cheese it's a dollar, beans, dollar question about the food,a dollar a paper towel,a dollar.. These Laredo taco company's are located throughout Texas in stripes gas stations. These can be surprisingly good. They serve lots of options for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast tacos are good and taste like they are made from scratch. I have had tortillas here that appeared authentic as if you were in Juarez or tiajuana. The downside is that the consistency is bad. Too many times the people inside seemed pissed off. Sometimes the food quality is poor and you can tell the employees just don't care. If you come across a location that is managed well then you may discover one of texas's dirty little secrets. read more

After a great 12 mile ride on the Terry Hershey trail, I wanted some tacos and this is the place to go for them. Been one other time for lunch because other Yelp peeps said it was good.
