He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it. I would say that's my only regret now because I definitely feel the difference when the sun is in front of me. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. When doing my research evolution was the only one that had nothing but great reviews so I trusted my gut and sure enough they did a fantastic job. Additionally, I waited for my car in the lobby and got updates on the progress of my car throughout the entire service. They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

When your catalytics fail and you ask owner about the warranty the guy who runs the shop will instantly fabricate a bunch of nonsensical reasons why it's an issue with your engine and not with his part. I wouldn't trust this shop with my vehicle and if you do you certainly get what you pay for. Took my vehicle to the ford dealer shortly after and it was fixed instantly and remained fixed with a reputable catalytic and warranty. I'm not sure what kind of parts this guy uses or sources from but the low quality work, shady customer service, and the parking lot warranty leave little to be desired. Save yourself the $2800 and find a different shop.

I had a pair of headers that I wanted on my truck to solve the weak stock manifolds. After they did the work, I heard an exhaust leak when they started my car up. I know what an exhaust leak sounds like because I have fixed exhaust leaks before. I currently don't have a lift and that is why I paid these guys guy to do it. I went home and my mechanic confirmed that he heard the leak as well. I went back and told them that why they couldn't hear the leak it was so obvious? They grabbed a tube and listed for the sound and said "that's just how headers sound" which is complete BS. shorty legal headers don't affect sound. I went home and run cold air through the system and used soapy waters on the headers and surely enough almost every mating point of the headers was leaking (pictures attached). Once I came back to them in person with proof, they immediately tried to blame it on me saying I shouldn't have sprayed it with soapy water on hot headers (I never did I used cold air) and saying that I made them crack.. They also said since they were used headers they were warped. Let's assume they were right about my headers being warped, why didn't they say anything before installing them? Let's assume I "broke" my headers by spraying them hot... I never touched the car when they did the initial startup and I could hear the exhaust leak. How could someone that works on exhaust all their life not recognize an exhaust leak? They recognize it but choose to gaslight the customer when there was a problem. About a year ago I had a leaking H pipe on my Mustang and I knew it was leaking because my O2 sensor detected dangerous levels of hydrocarbons. They told me that because I had high-flow cats that's just the way it would smell, but I told them to just do what I told them to. They did, and the leak was gone. They gaslighted me twice! If you are getting very simple exhaust work, this place is fine, but I wouldn't trust them with anything extensive, especially headers. An exhaust leak CAN KILL you. If you absolutely have to do work with these guys, don't pay cash, and have a paper receipt of the work done so you can take legal action, exhaust work is NOT cheap. They will greetyou with a smile and kind words, but always double-check this work.

I was helped by Shawn and he checked my car and told me I only needed to change my rear brakes only so that made me already trust him bc he wasn't trying to upsale and get me to pay for the front ones when they weren't needed. He also told me that one of my rear rotors needed to be replaced and I knew that was already going to be the case since that was my reason for calling (I was hearing a screeching noise every time I pressed on my brake) and unfortunately if I replace 1 rear rotor, I would need to replace the other. Shawn was able to get the parts for me the same day and both the brakes and rotors were OEM for mercedes. He charged me the original price for all the parts and then added a fair price for the labor. I needed to go back home, and Shawn was nice enough to drive me home (I live about 5 min away) After about 3 hours, my car was ready. When I went back, I was helped by Eddie and he was also very nice! He explained what was done on my car, showed me my old brake pads and rotors and explained how I can keep an eye on it in the future. My car is also due for B service soon and he said they can complete that for $275 when it's time. This is amazing since it's over $900 at the dealership! I will be recommending MSB to all my family that drive mercedes! Mike, Shawn, and Eddie provided amazing customer service with unbeatable prices!
