So I was also late for my second appointment. I laid her for the hour and left a complimentary tip for her skill set. While Tennessee is not on my radar, the impression I experienced is. If I make that trip again, I will schedule another session and be thorough about my timeline. Truthfully, the massage was so relaxing, I wish I could have stayed the entire hour. My masseuse told me to let the boss know when I return. Notably, let this review encourage you or a couple to take advantage of this tranquil, stress-reducing body, foot, and face massage.

I noticed they also have the bars on the ceiling as well, I'm assuming if you want the masseuse to walk on your back? Anyway, the masseuse will get up on the table to really use their full body (nothing inappropriate!) but also they will communicate and ensure that they are applying the pressure that you want. I think my only critique is she spent a lot of time on my back and I wish she would have evened it out a bit to other parts of my body as well.

They called me like 5 minutes later and said they could do 7:30 so I showed up at 7:25 and the first thing I noticed was all of the beds are in the lobby right next to the front door. Wtf. They tell me to sit down on one bed with no directions they didn't ask what kind of massage I wanted, nothing. They say me down fully clothed and covered me with a towel from 7:30 to 7:40 and didn't even say another word. I got up and left.

OMG! It was absolutely one of the best massages of my life…read more My wife and I travel a lot and she LOVES massages,, so after 26 years of marriage so do I. I was hurting after a week on airplanes, so as soon as I landed at BNA, I went straight to AA Foot Spa, with my luggage, based solely on their reviews. I also used Alice based on the reviews and I'm so grateful I did. I bet I've had 100+ massages, from airport chair massage, to shopping center foot massage, to Pebble Beach SPA, Bellagio, etc... Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. I wasn't bruised after, was able to have her focus on specific areas, yet felt 100 times better. Could not recommend Alice and AA Foot Spa enough!

They had to move my appointment back 30 min and called and texted me to make sure that was ok. When I arrived, I waited about 5 minutes. The place was clean and they offered me a bottle of water. The massage was just ok, it felt more like someone rubbing lotion on me vs a massage. I do know that quality can vary at these places, so it could have just been the person I was working with. I doubt I will come back.
