He was very honest and explained in great lengths how important each persons expectations are postoperatively and what to expect. His staff was very informative, and I felt truth and integrity behind his recommendations. I encourage each person to ask questions , explain what your looking for , but to have realistic goals with reasonable expectations. Make sure you find a Dr. that is willing to listen take the time to explain everything, and that will help you meet your expectations. What I did not authorize European Wax Center to do was sign me up for a Wax Pass. When I caught onto the unauthorized charges,I called and spoke to the manager in hopes they could reverse the payments and cancel the subscription. She told me my options were to: 1)cancel the subscription for a $25 fee and utilize the $ they've already taken from me in only that salon location OR 2) keep the subscription to use in any salon location. Again, I am not living in Murfreesboro, TN, so option 1 was not even an option. I told her I had no intentions on keeping the subscription either, as I did not want it in the first place. $200 for 12 eye brow waxes is not worth it to me, as I only receive that service once every 3 months or so. She showed no remorse and had the attitude of "Oh well, that's all I can do for you." Thus, forcing me to continue paying for a subscription service I did not approve of. I feel as though the business conducted is deceitful and the manager was not willing to hold any of her employees accountable for their wrongdoings. I've contacted BBB in hopes I can get my money back. BEWARE of this place, as I've noticed a previous review where this has happened to someone else as well. If they make it right, I'll update this review. Until then, I'll never go to another EWC again.
