I have tried many things on the menu and I always go back for the fish and chips . So tasty. Perfectly cooked with steam coming out with each bite. Fries are hand cut and so good. I also really like the Reuben as well. Appetizers are a plenty and I normally get the poutine. Finally both of these go well with a nice pint of Guinness. So yummy. Come check them out with friends and have a great time.

House made ketchup, for your chips... the fish and chips is a staple, and the chicken fingers are great. In the winter, the potato Leek soup is a must. The bartenders are great, and you were missing out on Kate if you don't ask her to sit down with you and chitchat about some great story from the homeland in Ireland. We love this place with trivia on Tuesdays, Kate on other days. The peddler's daughter is a must if you're going to near Haverhill, Massachusetts .

What a pleasant surprise! Covid brought the addition of food, and it's here to stay. Scott (the…read morecook) clearly cares about his plates, and the customers. Just about everything is made from scratch, and I have yet to be disappointed. Meatloaf that was his father's recipe, potato salad that was his mother's recipe, the list goes on. Anything can be modified, just ask. Now, let's talk about price... the ridiculously low prices... there is nothing even close to the value here. With the low cost, expect disposable plates and utensils, but who cares?! Come in for a drink, stay for a meal, and leave with some new friends.

Very basic and not very high quality American food…read more Vibe: Very outdated furnishing, dim lighting. Service: Server was quick, food took a little bit but we were a party of 5. Food: Complimentary cornbread and butter - probably the best part of the meal, very moist and sweet. Bang bang shrimp - tasty, good texture, came with garlicky bread which was soft and tasty. Bourbon beef tacos (2) - very sweet sauce, not the best overall, I chose beets as my side and it was literally cubed beets with no dressing or seasoning or anything. Value: Less expensive than most food these days but definitely low quality to match. Overall was a pretty underwhelming meal in a restaurant with a wholly unappealing vibe.

Entering I was greeted by the friendly owner who was also tending the bar. From what I saw upon entering the bar is very clean and neat. It may be because now is considered off-season, it was busy but low key & people who were there were obviously enjoying it. I decided on a table & within minutes my friends showed up. The bar does not serve food. So I stopped and got 2 pizzas for us all to share. We ordered drinks & walked up to the bar to pay. We were prepared knowing beforehand that they only take cash...so no issues with that. I did not order an alcoholic beverage... Others did & liked them very much. It seems like they are priced . moderately. My drink was a diet coke in a tall glass.. just right. So it became time to play and the nice DJ came over to explain the game and pass out cards and markers. One of my group won the first round! They brought her over a bag loaded with swag .. I don't know about you, but winning is exciting & gives an adrenaline pump - usually no matter what the prize is. So on came the 2nd round & a winner from the other side of the venue. The next and last round ended up being a coverall! We thought .. no one will win this one. She played 50 song bits & no one was winning. So she cheered us on and asked if we wanted 5 more. Otherwise without a winner the pot grows. So we said yes! And low & behold... I ended up winning! I won __ in cash!!! It was decided between us that we will definitely return : - )
