When it came back, it appeared to be the same piece of meat that had been reheated. My guess is that they submerged it in Au Jus (basically boiling it) to hasten the cooking process. It should never have left the Kitchen in the first place and the second effort was not much of an improvement. The accompanying Mashed Potatoes were dry and unappetizing.
