We made an appointment here because our usual groomer was booked out for two months. I think we found a new usual groomer! Moose looks great! I've even had at least a dozen other doodle owners ask if they could use pictures of his groom to show their own groomer! Such a great cut! Thank you!

    Glad to be clean.

Went and paid to have my dog evaluated and was told that my dog was not a good fit as he was too…read morefearful. My pup is 7 months old and spent the first 3 months of his life in a puppy mill. Since I work full time, he needs to be socialized during the day with other dogs as opposed to being in a crate and play with different dogs than my other two at home. Isn't the point of doggie day care to help with socialization and get exercise for a pup that is otherwise crated during the day? When I noticed that they noted that he was 2 years as opposed to 7 months I called and spoke to someone who then said that sometimes pups regress at this age and other things and they proceeded to tell me that there are other day cares that might be a better fit. That right there ended the conversation for me, obviously they only want specific perfect dogs and not those that may need some help. They want the easy dogs and have enough dogs going where they felt they did not needed my business. I would never bring a dog to them with that attitude, it does not speak favorably of them. As a side note, I work with several different rescues as a foster home and have fostered over 20 puppy mill releases and taught them how to be real dogs and placed them in great homes, my other dogs at home are rescues as well. I have worked with dog behavior specialists and have an understanding of dog behavior.

Everything is provided for you and everything is extremely nice. The receptionist at the front was more than kind and I genuinely appreciate her help since I had never been there before. The prices are really reasonable and the cleanliness and quality of the place is all around great! I will be back with my doggos for another wash soon and eventually have them groomed there when I have time to drop them off and come back.

Bubbles and Bows is a fine place to get a dog groomed, but I wouldn't say don't go anywhere else…read more Pros: right in the mall, so you can shop while waiting. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff with a cute interior. My dog seemed happy and the majority of the cut looked great! Cons: while the majority was great, in total, the cut itself was only alright. For instance, the sanitary trim was shaved down to skin which caused irritation for my dog (constantly licking area for a few days), his paws were left kind of boxed off rather than individually trimmed. And then there's the fact that you have to go through a door to the mall that says no pets to get to this place leaving you in an odd grey area of what's right and not. Personally, I prefer No Barks About It for a cut, although the inside isn't quite as cute. Also, I don't believe Bubbles has crates, so that could be a plus or minus depending on the temperament of your dog.
