I told her it was fine because I lacked any confidence in her ability to reverse the issue since she couldn't handle simple instructions with our cat. She then commented to my original review making false claims stating I hated the cat which is laughably not true, but I would expect nothing less from a business like this. The store was in disarray. She asked me if I wanted to hold the cat while she worked however I had a newborn child to look after and assumed that since we were paying her for grooming services she would be able to idk handle the grooming services she advertises.... I was wrong. All things considered it's our fault for not vetting the people who claim to be professionals I should have known from the moment I walked into that place that this was the likely outcome. I guess anyone with thumbs and a pair of clippers can open a pet grooming business. Now I'll simply wait for her response where she will continue to make up lies and try to cover her a** instead of taking accountability for a poorly done job.

Lisa had no openings available until the following Tuesday which was after we were leaving the area. She put us on her schedule to call if someone canceled. Later the same day she called with an opening for the next day. She took Deja Vu' in and she made us feel comfortable with leaving our dog with her for a couple of hours. She called just shy of two hours and said she was ready to be picked up. Upon seeing Deja Vu' we were very pleased with the outcome. Ears cleaned, haircut was perfect, nails cut and polished pink, and a great bath. She put Pink Bows on her ears, and she also used pink crayon on her tail. The hardest part really was waiting for the day we'd go to pick her up! Skye is a schnoodle - part schnauzer part poodle, but I think she has more of a poodle look. When two breeds are mixed you cannot be guaranteed what the dog will look like. We really love her and she's a great pup to have! Training and housebreaking took time, patience and work but that's expected with any dog. She loves her crate and for any future puppy owners I highly recommend using a crate as it not only helps with potty training but also provides a safe space. Overall I'm very happy with BarMor and I always recommend BarMor and Daryl to others that are considering getting a puppy.

Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds.
