I did a ton of research before deciding where to get my puppy. I found Barmor and the price seemed to good to be true, i am a very skeptical person. So i started my research. I found several people who live around me who got pups from Barmor and they were all very happy. I found Barmor's Facebook page and what stood out to me was how active the owner Daryl was on his page and the real sense of community from other Barmore puppy owners. Anytime anyone had a question, he responded right away with advice and help. So i contacted him with some questions and he responded right away with answers and ideas. I have had Oreo now for over a year and what a great dog he is. The one comment i get from everyone is how great his disposition is. He is the friendliest pup with both humans and other dogs. But, owners have to realize, great lineage only goes so far. How you train and interact with your dog goes a long way in determining how a puppy acts. With Daryl's guidance, the input of other owners who frequent his page and a lot more research, i was able to set up a good training program for Oreo and he is amazing. read more

From the moment I contacted Daryl over a year ago when my search for a puppy began, Daryl couldn't not have been any more helpful. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner and kept me up to date regarding litters. When I picked my puppy up this past May, he filled me in on all details necessary and sent us home with a complete care package including a Lamie stuffed toy, which is kind of a Barmor tradition. Since we have gotten home and training has begun Daryl was right there to answer any questions we had and helped us through some tough times while potty training. Barmor Kennels is just not a place to get a puppy, it has become a tight-knit community where we can share stories and get help or recommendations for all raising our four-legged children. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to take the time to write this one. We adopted a puppy from Barmor puppies last year after our daughter discovered this breeder. We each have a pup from the same litter of Cockapoos. This is the 4th time we have adopted from a breeder, and the experience stands out as the best. They are wonderful pups- smart, fun, energetic, and healthy, but more than that, Daryl clearly cares about all of his puppies. This is not just a business for him. He requires that the puppies, who are chipped, be registered so that if they are lost they can be located. The pups are sent home with immunization records, of course, but also tips on training, a blankie, and a Lambchop stuffie( nice touch ). I would 1000% recommend Barmor if you are looking for a puppy. From the day I went on the waiting list, and joined the Barmor community, I knew I was getting something special. When you get a Barmor puppy you become a part of a family. You can keep track of the progress of your little ones siblings, half sibling and cousins. It is a wonderful sounding board for any questions you need answered or advice you may need. I absolutely love seeing the pictures of all the puppies. Daryl is simply the best! We got our cockapoo from Daryl in March 2018 and have loved every single second with our Charlie!! From the waitlist/deposit to the birth of the puppies, Daryl kept us all well informed! Following the delivery, we loved every Facebook post, live video and update we received! When we finally got to pick up our puppy, Daryl was fantastic. Sending us home with food, a guide, 'baby' blanket and toy - which we still have 4.5 years later! Nine years ago we purchased our first BarMor puppy from the present owner's mother. When we decided to get a second puppy, we wanted to buy a little closer to home (we are in Vermont) but could not find a breeder that was even close to the quality of BarMor.
