I thought that may have been because she had scared our dog with the constant beeping of the smoke detector (it needed a new battery) and our dog had been skittish, so we gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to give it one more try. She was closed when we got there for our appointment! I called- she didn't pick up nor did she even call back to apologize! Terrible haircut and even worse business procedures.
