I was asked to hold for a moment which was fine but after someone came back on the line all I heard was someone saying something incoherent and laughing then hanging up on me. Get your dog groomed here!! They did a fantastic job. He smelled great, they did EXACTLY what I asked for, and he was just as happy leaving as when he came. Only complaint is that it is a little pricey, but the quality of service is worth it. read more

I have to grab crickets here for my lizard every 2 weeks. Today I went to grab crickets and only 2 people were working. I asked an employee to get them for me and she refused, even though she was just standing around. Not to mention the attitude she gave me, like it isn't her job! She told me to ask the person at the front who had apparently stepped outside for a moment. No one was at the front, they had gone to where the crickets are in the back, but they were helping someone else. I gave up and decided to just get crickets elsewhere because no employee could get them. Also crickets are $4.16 here for 2 dozen!! Outrageous!! read more

If you need regular everyday pet products then feel free to shop here. Great place for supplies. HOWEVER, If you are looking for a tropical snake to purchase keep walking. Do not purchase from this store. It is very sad the way these animals are neglected. Whether they know it or not, they do not take care of tropical snakes. They currently have a ball python in a tank that has humidity reading at 10%. This is ridiculous. These snakes need high humidity between 60% and 70% to digest food, shed as they are supposed to, and fight respiratory infections. This is the same case with the Red Tail Columbian boa they have at the store. Humidity was below 20%. If you know how to take care of tropical snakes maybe you can purchase them and save these animals. It's so sad to see. read more

Very poorly managed store. I had a training session booked online for my puppy there and when we showed up, they said the trainer had not been available for the entire week. They did not even bother to call me and let me know that the session was cancelled. I am very disappointed with this experience. read more

I'm thrilled with the grooming services at this Petco location. I have trust issues with chain stores and their grooming salons but this location is phenomenal. I have a PomChi that was rescued from a hoarding home. Her separation anxiety along with inability to be crated caused quite a bit of difficulty when trying to find a groomer. At this salon, Kaitlin has checked all of the boxes that I require in someone that I will leave my dog with. She has an immense amount of patience with my dog and showers her with affection to reduce her fear. Even better, Petco offers a an express service upgrade for an additional $10 which ensures your dog will be not be crated during their service. You also earn your PetcoPals rewards with your salon visits. I highly suggest services with anyone at this salon - but especially with Kaitlin! read more

Very happy with their customer service. They took hay back that my guinea pigs would not eat. That was a relief because I spent $13 dollars on a large bag of hay that my guinea bigs just turned their nose up to. read more

Had a horrible experience with grooming today. One staff member ruined my otherwise positive experiences with PETCO by giving me a hard time about puppy bath pricing. Her poor customer service and bad attitude were all the reason I needed to leave and take my dogs to PETSMART Groomers instead! read more
