Catherine has done a wonderful job helping us with Eddie, a pretty crazy and difficult Corgi puppy…read more She has helped us understand his behaviors and come up with strategies to deal with him more effectively. He also attends daycare at Paws Please once or twice each week which has helped him learn how to interact with other dogs. It is really great to have a dog I know will behave properly when out on his walks, and be good with strangers and other dogs alike. Can't say enough good things about Paws Please! Oh, and both my dogs board with Catherine when necessary and they love her. It is so reassuring, when they are with her, to receive her texts and photos to let us know how they are doing.

Simone Yen and this office will never receive a recommendation or a request for service again. $300 for a blood work up and then another $883 for the procedure. This office took no responsibility and made us feel as if this was a lack of communication on our part. This office was notified that our dog was most probably pregnant and they waited a month to conduct the surgery so we could be charged more money. We were put on a wait list for the procedure and they never could fit us in. Knowing very well we were concerned she was already pregnant . I certainly hope this is not the case with everyone, but from my conversation with Simone she didn't care. If we could give them 0 stars we would!!!

My appointment was only for two shots, where's the money in that? This place is a bourgeois rip-off joint catering to the rich. Unless you just have money to burn, stay away. I am posting this review strictly on the website and how it says it is a 24 hour emergency animal…read moreclinic. I was looking for a place to take my cat without having to go to Cornell and pay the extremely high price they charge for even walking in the door. I called this clinic because it boasted being a 24 hour emergency clinic on their website and when I called the message just advised me to call Cornell. With this being the case, they should not have that they themselves are a 24 hour emergency clinic. I have not actually been to the clinic so cannot rate the actual service.

For one,…read morethey barely spend 5 minutes with you, the don't go over anything about how the dog does at home or any concerns. And second, my golden is not huge or overweight, but still considered a large dog at 70lbs. The doctor grabs her by the neck and throws her up on the table. I've never had any other vet do that, they always kneel down to her on the floor which isn't a big deal. I didn't realize this was a problem until my husband attended an emergency visit with me. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because they are budget friendly. So if you want bottom-of-the-line care for a low cost, go here. If you want decent care, go anywhere else.

We had to change vets after a few years of repeat issues. - They don't seem to keep good records of the meds they give, always asking me if I'm still giving a medicine that we stopped years ago, I correct them every time. - We needed blood tests and they took the wrong amount so had to do it twice. - I made an appointment for a bump on my boxer's arm, it was covid times so I had to wait outside. They sent her back with a clean bill of health, I asked about it again and they asked "What bump?" (it was the size of an egg on her right front leg). -They charged me for a yearly checkup again 4 months later and when I called to ask, they told me it was required. - After a year of sluggish behavior and a couple visits, we eventually researched enough ourselves to suggest thyroid, they confirmed with a test and got him on meds - They won't give me enough meds to get me to my new vet's appointment date. So I had to write this review. I hope you have better luck, I'm sure most people are content with them.
