Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds. The last thing I said to Melodie when I left the farm yesterday was, "see you in another two years"

I called this clinic because it boasted being a 24 hour emergency clinic on their website and when I called the message just advised me to call Cornell. With this being the case, they should not have that they themselves are a 24 hour emergency clinic. I have not actually been to the clinic so cannot rate the actual service.

And second, my golden is not huge or overweight, but still considered a large dog at 70lbs. The doctor grabs her by the neck and throws her up on the table. I've never had any other vet do that, they always kneel down to her on the floor which isn't a big deal. I didn't realize this was a problem until my husband attended an emergency visit with me. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because they are budget friendly. So if you want bottom-of-the-line care for a low cost, go here. If you want decent care, go anywhere else.

She called me three times each call was confusing. The first call was to say there's other applicants ahead of me and that when they were approved they would receive the cat. The lady answer calls took a lot of offense to my question saying I should come meet it even if I won't get it. Also I forgot to fill out one part. I filled out the second part I didnt notice. Second call she told me my cat I have isn't at the vet I provided I explained my cat has always went there and it may be under a different last name. She at this point was just rude tell me it was such an inconvenience to be on hold with my vet for less then ten minutes and that she's already gone out of her way and is "jumping through hoops for me". By calling my vet and doing her job ??? Said I'd need call them and have them fax over the info for my car I already have she was yelling at me cutting me off nonstop. Said my cat wasn't vaccinated. So at this point I gave up she has been nothing but rude yelling at me not letting me speak over simple fixes like resending the application. She called me a third time not sure why said she had reached out to my vet again and still nothing. She then cut me off and said I had been cutting her off, yelling and being disrespectful. I actually began to cry because she was speaking to me in such a rude way. All I had done was try and be polite and work with her. I never yelled at her or was disrespectful. At this point I said I wasn't interesting in adopting anymore. I will from now on avoid the cat sanctuary. I've never been treated like that..

Simone Yen and this office will never receive a recommendation or a request for service again. $300 for a blood work up and then another $883 for the procedure.This office took no responsibility and made us feel as if this was a lack of communication on our part. This office was notified that our dog was most probably pregnant and they waited a month to conduct the surgery so we could be charged more money. We were put on a wait list for the procedure and they never could fit us in. Knowing very well we were concerned she was already pregnant . I certainly hope this is not the case with everyone, but from my conversation with Simone she didn't care. If we could give them 0 stars we would!!!
