I've been able to get appointments that were convenient for me, and Sarah is very good about returning calls for appointments left on her answering machine. We were put on a wait list for the procedure and they never could fit us in. Knowing very well we were concerned she was already pregnant . You can elect the level of care you need for your pet and even fill prescriptions there, or at another pharmacy. Your questions and concerns are addressed pragmatically and sensitively. ARC is a no-nonsense place that won't play on your emotions, but will offer sensible support and perspective. I'm glad they are part of our community and part of our family's health care.

Both dogs are beautiful, incredibly healthy, and have been amazing additions to our family. And I really can't say enough good things about Famn Damily. I've been there twice now. With my family. In both cases we drove 240 miles to get there, just because we realized what a special place it is, and because we knew we didn't want to get our puppies from any place else. You set foot on the farm, and you see dogs that are truly living their best lives. They have so much space to run and play, they are so well cared for, and so loved, and so clearly happy!! And healthy. And the facilities that have been constructed for the dogs, that clearly took a great deal of time, money and effort to build, are very impressive. Melodie Hammond runs the farm. And she's amazing. I know that my future dogs will be golden retrievers, simply because I know I only want to get puppies from Melodie, from Famn Damily, and Golden retrievers are what she breeds. We had to change vets after a few years of repeat issues. - They don't seem to keep good records of the meds they give, always asking me if I'm still giving a medicine that we stopped years ago, I correct them every time. - We needed blood tests and they took the wrong amount so had to do it twice. - I made an appointment for a bump on my boxer's arm, it was covid times so I had to wait outside. They sent her back with a clean bill of health, I asked about it again and they asked "What bump?" (it was the size of an egg on her right front leg). -They charged me for a yearly checkup again 4 months later and when I called to ask, they told me it was required. - After a year of sluggish behavior and a couple visits, we eventually researched enough ourselves to suggest thyroid, they confirmed with a test and got him on meds - They won't give me enough meds to get me to my new vet's appointment date. So I had to write this review. I hope you have better luck, I'm sure most people are content with them.
