We had to change vets after a few years of repeat issues. - They don't seem to keep good records of the meds they give, always asking me if I'm still giving a medicine that we stopped years ago, I correct them every time. - We needed blood tests and they took the wrong amount so had to do it twice. - I made an appointment for a bump on my boxer's arm, it was covid times so I had to wait outside. They sent her back with a clean bill of health, I asked about it again and they asked "What bump?" (it was the size of an egg on her right front leg). -They charged me for a yearly checkup again 4 months later and when I called to ask, they told me it was required. - After a year of sluggish behavior and a couple visits, we eventually researched enough ourselves to suggest thyroid, they confirmed with a test and got him on meds - They won't give me enough meds to get me to my new vet's appointment date. So I had to write this review. I hope you have better luck, I'm sure most people are content with them.

The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because they are budget friendly. So if you want bottom-of-the-line care for a low cost, go here. If you want decent care, go anywhere else.

I've seen *a lot* of veterinarians because of my sickly dog, but Dr. Tausz was one of my favorites…read more The public area of the clinic is essentially a waiting room with an attached examination area, but the atmosphere and staff are warm and friendly. More importantly, they're honest. Dr. Tausz quickly earned my trust and managed to keep it over the course of two years and many visits. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary services, was very straightforward about what I should expect, and had reasonable fees. Because it is a relatively small clinic, we were referred to nearby facilities that had the necessary equipment on the rare occasions when we needed specialized services and this arrangement worked well. After my dog finally succumbed to illness, Dr. Tausz called to check up on me and I'll always be grateful for his kind words. My last visit to Fountain House was a few years ago because I had to move out of state. I'm only going to the trouble of writing this now because I'm still struggling to find someone who measures up.

Allen is able to assess things in my dogs without doing unnecessary diagnostic tests, but when he says my animals need a procedure, they always really do. Allen is thorough and takes the times to make sure you understand everything and feel comfortable with the decision making process. My dogs absolutely love him! And you can tell how much he, Joanne, and Tiffney genuinely care about every animal they serve. I love this office, and really hope Tiffney takes it over if Allen ever retires. Fountain House is a reliable, trustworthy place who will love your animals as though they were their own.

They really love the pets. They have cats and dogs I think occasionally they have bunnies but primarily lots of lots of cats kittens too they have dogs they tend to be larger dogs so we're in the country so large dogs are great. Everybody's accommodating very informative about health issues, different behavioral issues of adopted pets you know and they're very good with walking through the process and you know pairing the new parents with a new fur baby. Highly recommend.

The cats all had clean and spacious rooms and the volunteers allow them to roam one at a time. These are the biggest spaces I've ever seen cats in in a shelter and I'm very happy to support that.
