**unfair business practice**…read more I've been taking my dog to the clubhouse for a year now. He was kicked out, rightfully so, because he's just too wild. However, I purchased a package of daycare sessions in advance to take advantage of a bulk savings. I still have SIXTEEN PREPAID VISITS (A $450 COST) that will not be refunded to me. This is awful, as that is money to be used toward exercise and enjoyment for my dog, they won't refund me so that I may find another daycare that would give him a shot. I can't get an owner on the phone to discuss, I was offered store credit which is of no value to me. ** Just to clarify how absolutely wrong this is, I bought a package and the VERY NEXT visit he was kicked out ** I will be happy to improve upon this review if I can discuss with the owner and come to an agreement.

Then he developed a severe limp and they put him on gabapentin, again we called and repeatedly brought him in for exams and consistently called about him having a problem with the drug not helping him. At this point I insisted on xrays and ultrasound be done, they had us do bloodwork and told us if we paid an extra $89 for an official pancreatitis test that would be definitive diagnosis that would give us the result that we needed. They could not perform an ultrasound so we had to take him to the emergency vet on Bridge Street in a Syracuse. Come to find out our dog did not have pancreatitis as the vet said the blood test revealed but had full pledge lymphoma, (his neck and jaw presented with hard nodules by the ex vet) and we had to put him down. The emergency vet said the blood test that Stacks office gave us for pancreatitis was not a definitive test for that. So which is it? So disgusted with the lack of concern given toward our dog. It wasn't until i insisted on testing because I was concerned of cancer that a closer look was finally given by the Stack Vet. Extremely upset that we had to put our dog down. Think twice about going there. They gouge you for pricing and never addressed his health until i threatened legal action.

Danielle Basciano reached out and was able to set up an initial consultation (one of which she had to cancel and reschedule). During the consultation(via zoom) her connection was absolutely horrendous. Most of the call I couldn't understand her or there was a significant lag/glitch. During the call I started to take notes but she told me that wouldn't be necessary as she would send a full plan of her recommendation on how to treat the situation with product recommendations and a week by week plan with instructions on how to move forward. She also said she would be readily available throughout the process if I had questions or follow ups. So I waited a week giving her the benefit of the doubt. I then reached out multiple times to follow up on the material/plan and was absolutely ghosted by this business. It's now been six months and I received nothing. This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I am in process of filing a claim with my bank. Other customers thinking of using this business be warned!
