The Tripleta was great, it's essentially the same as Burripleta, except it uses bread, not tortilla. The chicken and pork were very tender. The house sauce is like a remoulade sauce. I couldn't finish the whole sandwich but my partner finished his Burripleta and was full. The tostones were good too but I would have preferred it a little bit more crispy. The Mofongo was excellent. This was my second time trying Mofongo with the first time being in Atlanta, Georgia. The one in Atlanta pales in comparison to this Mofongo. It was so flavorful - a mound of mashed plantains with pieces of fresh roasted garlic.
