We had this food truck cater to us at work, courtesy of a rep. The food was amazing, a 5/5! The…read moreonly downside was the customer service. It was confusing at first, because this lady was standing still, facing the front of the window where you order. I thought she was in the middle of ordering food so I waited behind her. It took a few minutes to realize this lady was actually working with the food truck and taking the food orders. She also was not very friendly when I asked her a question about the food. Anyway, back to the positive notes, the food! The menu was limited to tacos, fries and drinks (soda, sparkling water). I tried the fries and fried catfish tacos (2 tacos), which came with a crema sauce, coleslaw, lightly seasoned tortilla chips. There was a bottle of salsa, assuming homemade. The salsa was delicious. The catfish tasted so fresh, was tender, and was lightly fried. The thinly cut fries were great, reminded me of McDonald's fries. The whole meal was satisfying, but I wished appetizers were available. This is one of the best food trucks in town! (food, not customer service)

The wood-fired pizzas are thin crust and are at least 11 inch size, as publicized. For normal-sized stomachs with a little hunger, one pizza will probably be enough, but if you're starving, probably should get two pizzas. They only provide pizzas on their menu. It would be nice if they offered sides, like garlic knots. The Wilson Fill-Ups is $14 and contains marina sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, small bacon bits, and Italian sausage. The River is a basic marinara sauce with mozzarella cheese and costs $10. Both were good and greasy. Each bite is a mouthful of warm stringy cheese. The outer crust was decent tasting-lightly sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The only complaint I have is the bottom of the crust was not cooked consistently. As you can see in the picture, one part of the crust is blackened, whereas the other part of the pizza is the opposite. Also, the Wilson-Fill Ups crust was crispy (slightly), but the River was not crispy. This could be explained by the River being cooked first and waiting for a few minutes in the box until The Wilson-Fill Ups was done cooking.

Can't remember the name but we had a pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. The other was the honey blue Bleu with Muenster, Bleu cheese, chicken and blueberries. Both were delicious! Love the hand tossed crust. They're personal size pizzas with 4 large slices. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the quality of food you're getting.

The lobster bisque soup was delicious; however, you had to pay extra for lobster chunks to be added. It was $11 without the added chunks. The Mac and cheese was okay. It was $15 and it did have some lobster in it, but it was a it dry. For those three items it was $65. For a food truck meal.

Their food was at a discounted price for the soft opening day. They were serving a whole steamed lobster with butter and lemon, Maine or New England Style Lobster Roll both served on a grilled roll with lettuce, Lobster Bisque, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and sides of corn and chips. If you purchase more of the lobster menu items, then you get a more discounted price.  They had a 15 minute late start opening/taking food orders, but understandly, it was their first day. There was no organized line, but when they were ready to start taking orders, they were nice enough to take my order first since I was the first person to arrive. Generally, England-style lobster roll is served warm with a butter base and a Maine style lobster roll is served cold with a mayo base. I tried the England-style lobster roll. The bread roll was soft, not grilled as advertised and was about 6 inches long. Don't wait to eat this because the roll will get soggy quickly. The lobster roll was good and I devoured it in seconds. It was seasoned just right with a hint of butter. There are additional seasonings you can add to your food, including their own homemade spice, Old Bay, and paprika. I liked their homemade spice, it added a nice kick. I still felt a little bit hungry after eating the roll so I suggest getting at least one side or another lobster roll. If I had to compare to Joe's Lobster Roll and Salty Sistas lobster rolls, I would choose Salty Sistas as my favorite lobster roll. I also tried the lobster bisque. I wished it was more hot in temperature. It was lukewarm when it was served. I did not bother to ask for it to be warmed up because I did not want to wait even longer. The thin pureed consistency of the soup was not what I was expecting. It was not too rich tasting, had a slightly acidic tomato flavor, and had chunks of lobster.  During my visit, they accepted cash only but eventually they will accept credit card. They plan to serve the Wilmington, Snead's Ferry, and Hampstead area.

Eggroll options include Cheese steak, Bacon mac and cheese, Pepperoni pizza, Sweet Cuban, Monte cristo, and S'more. You can buy two egg rolls for $6 and mix and match is allowed. I felt full after eating 4.5 egg rolls. You can also convert your egg roll into a topping on fries. The egg rolls are wrapped in a thin egg roll wrapper and deep-fried. Most of the egg rolls were crispy except the bacon mac and cheese. Best to eat the egg rolls as soon as they are cooked or they turn cold fast. My first favorite egg roll was the Cheese steak and my second favorite was the Pepperoni pizza. The cheese steak had thinly sliced tender ribeye with mozzarella cheese. You get to choose either A1 sauce or Mayo drizzled on the cheese steak egg roll. I preferred the Mayo. The Pepperoni pizza had thinly sliced pepperoni with plenty of mozzarella cheese, drizzled with marinara sauce. The flavor was basically like eating a pizza. The bacon mac and cheese egg roll had good flavor but wasn't crispy. It had creamy mac and cheese and smoked bacon, drizzled with smokehouse BBQ sauce. I wasn't digging the Sweet Cuban egg roll probably because it was missing the pork. It had deli sliced ham, swiss cheese, gherkin pickles, drizzled with Cuban mustard. The Monte cristo was good. It was only slightly sweet, not overpowering. It had sliced deli turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, a drizzle of raspberry jam, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The S'more egg roll was good for dessert. Be prepared for sticky fingers. It had lots of marshmallow fluff, milk chocolate, graham crackers crumbs, drizzled with chocolate and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Would eat at this food truck again.
